Bathroom door bad shape,stuck
Cable box, not in right place. They fixed.
Bathroom was disgusting - the shower floor was so dirty that a maintenance man had to use a electric scrubbing machine for 30 mins to get it only a little more clean.
Great staff
Too much for pet fee - $75 way too much…paid $25 at another similar hotel a few days earlier.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was wonderful.
Proximity to everything
The fitted sheets on the beds don’t fit, so every night they bunched up and were uncomfortable to sleep, I’m a light sleeper, each night I stayed I had to get up 3-4 times a night and re-put the sheets back on…

-Not in control of the Hampton Inn BUT the "Bob Evans Restaurant " next to the hotel is absolutely horrible..... don't send guests there :-(

The breakfast was good and the gentleman who was working was very pleasant person. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The outlet under the big mirror needs to be replaced. Tried plugging in my hair dryer and had to place my luggage against the plug so it would stay in place. That's all.

After a long drive, receptionist greeted me warmly which I really appreciated. The room was very quiet and spacious. I also liked the bath as it looked it had recently been renovated 😊.
I also liked the greeting on the TV. Nice touch!
Pillows were my only complaint as they were all very soft. Is it possible to mix them up ...even just a spare pillow .... could it be a bit firmer?

We have travelled the 79 corridor for nearly 20 years….this the best. They even put on an excellent early breakfast at 4.30.
Gas station next door had run out of premium fuel!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and easy to find. The room was clean.
The mattresses were too firm. I ended up changing positions all night due to pressure point pain. The pillows were flat. I needed to use 3 to get enough support for my head and neck. The walls are thin and noise from the hallway also woke me up several times. There was a bright light for the parking lot right outside of the window and the blind did not block it out completely. Light still came in around the edges.
