Great place to stay but the Bar was lacking.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the room and restroom were very clean. The shower pressure was strong and had all you needed; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in bottles inside the shower. We were also on the 4th floor where there is a beautiful and fun patio to play corn hole or sit and read a book and relax. The security was really nice. We were also able to store our bags because we arrived early had to wait. Then when we were leaving for the airport they had a scale we could weigh our suitcases with so we were sure to not be overweight, which we were to start with. The front desk was accommodating and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious. You must try the wings and the tacos. Fries were excellent, too. Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.

Cons:

We stayed there one night each 8 days apart and both times the bar didn't have vodka and on the 2nd stay they only had tequila. They said something about the buyer. Also, when I ordered a house salad with blue cheese, the salad was huge and beautiful with fresh vegetables but I got a tiny cup of blue cheese that only got a few items covered. If I wanted extra, I was supposed to pay more. What the heck is that even about?

Free shuttle from LAX

Cons:

We got the keys for the room. Apparently, they did not clean this room after the previous guest has left. We received another room, and again, the second room was not cleaned after the guests checked out. This is a very unpleasant situation. The person at the desk apologized but did not suggest any compensation.
The driver of the shuttle to the airport was not helping the guests with the suitcases.

Best place to stay when flying out.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The airport parking and the shuttle was great since we flew out. Definitely coming back.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing we loved it.

My staying at this particular property was more positive than not, and I'd book again if my initial

...quiet floor 24/7 for two days/nights stay. ...wonderful ambience in the room via the framed water colored paintings, and the overall atmosphere from room to expansive dining and social areas.

Cons:

During early morning check out, have at least two individuals working the check-in/check-out desk. This became a slight problem for me in my obtaining the airporter: I missed two buses while waiting to check out, for someone was checking in, and it took far too, too much time from my perspective.
