La habitacion era amplia

Cons:

Por la mañana cuando mi pareja se estaba duchando se dió cuenta que no había ni gel, ni acondicionador ni champú. Los tres botes estaban vacios. Tuve que salir para buscar a alguien que me diera champú y gel. Las personas que me encontré me comunicaron que ellas no podian dármelo y que tendría que bajar a la recepción. A los 10 minutos me trajerron champú y gel.
El autobús para el aeropuerto según la recepción era cada 30 minutos. a la hora en punto y a imedia, pero que bajaramos con 10 minutos de antelación por si se llenaba. Bajamos con veinte minutos y dio la casualidad que estaba pasando, por lo que el horario no se cumple.
Al llegar al hotel pidieron una tarjeta para hacer un pago de 100$ de fianza, que devolvería después. A la semana de dejar el hotel devolvieron 88$ hanciendo un cargo de 12$. Escribí al hotel para pedir explicaciones y no me han contestado. He tenido que llamar a Booking para que se pusieran en contacto con el hotel Su respuesta que lo verían y ya me contestarían.
Por otro lado, el hotel esta cerca del aeropuerto, pero sus ventanas no estan preparadas por lo que cada despegue se escucha en la habitación. He estado en hoteles bastante más cerca de este aeropuerto, incluso viendo la pista de despegue y no se escuchaban tanto los aviones

Un mes y medio después, y tras varias llamadas a booking, y de booking al hotel, han devuelto los 12$, pero sin dar explicacion ninguna

Clean and close to airport

El personal. Apático. Sin brindar soluciones. Les pedí. A las 2 pm, que la habitación estuviese cerca de ascensor porque mi esposa había sufrido un accidente y no podía caminar grandes distancias con las muletas. Me hicieron esperar hasta las 15 pm; entiendo es horario de check in pero era una situación especial. Me dieron la habitación #640, que no estaba ni adyacente ni cerca del ascensor.

Clean for an overnight stay close to the airport. Don’t expect any friendliness or help from staff.

Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Early morning protest out the front was really loud and woke us,
We had a door for interconnecting rooms but it was locked as we were in only one room - person on the other side tried to open it twice which was quiet scary. Request a room where this is not possible!

My stay was poor, to rate it no worse.
Pros:

I departed without difficulty. There was no saving attraction to my stay. The value for money was almost nil. I won't waste further words about what was good. The AC worked.

Cons:

There was a wait to check in because the software on the computer did not work and the hotel would not take a deposit in cash and the staff appeared confused and unresponsive. The restaurant was closed for renovation, room service unavailable at the time of arrival. The staff's solution was to exit the hotel and walk to another hotel with a restaurant (Holiday Inn) or a nearby MacDonalds for all meals or to buy sandwiches from the dispensers in the lobby. I was dispatched at first to the wrong room, with due apologies, probably because the staff was overwhelmed. The hotel claims a pick up from the airport every 20 minutes but my wait was nearly an hour.
