Very good, ending very badly with Security Company (Allied)

Hilton Staff were kind and helpful at all times.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the Security Staff (Allied Security) was extremely aggressive and I was subjected to intimidation when something so simple as not having the correct parking card inserted. This caused a delay in getting to the airport and I was rattled by the experience. The woman guard was yelling at me. Stating that I was trying to get free parking. When I told her I paid in advance, she continued to harass me. It wasn’t until my partner got someone from the front desk to diffuse the misunderstanding. And, after I showed proof of payment. She finally left me alone. Hilton Hotels may want to step in and state that the security should be helpful, instead of harassing customers. I may not stay at that Hilton again because of this bad experience.

Great facility and close to rental car drop off

Cons:

All good, only check which Hilton you are booked with, we initially went to the wrong one in the same street, common mistake apparently

Ok för en snabb övernattning innan flight.
Pros:

Nära flygplatsen och gratis shuttle bus. Rent och välstädat.

Cons:

Rätt obekväma sängar och kuddarna var plastiga så man blev svettig. När vi satte på lite varmare luft i ACn blåste den med en lukt som var riktigt dålig och vi fick stänga av.
