Breakfast was good, and included.

Cons:

First room they gave us was not ADA accessible. Had to move to new room. This room was right against a very busy road, very noisy. We checked in on Thursday and left Sunday. We never received room cleaning.

Hotel is Good Value for Money, Shuttle Not Ideal
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and generally the hotel was great

Cons:

At 3:30am my daughter waited 15+ minutes for the airport shuttle. When she popped in for one minute to confirm it was running, she turned to see the shuttle drive through the pickup area without stopping. She was at the desk at that time so asked if that was the shuttle and the lady just nods, no comment. In the end it circled back but overall she felt it was far from ideal to have to wait outside alone all that time, and that it was a rude / not great shuttle experience.
