I would definitely come here again in the future if there are rooms with adjustable shower heads and bathtubs. 8/10
Pros:

I liked the cable TV, and I especially enjoyed the proximity to local bus routes to the heart of downtown Baltimore!

Cons:

I didn’t like that my hotel room had no adjustable shower head or bathtub.

Good stay for what we needed!
Pros:

Staff were friendly, breakfast included was ok. Huge and comfortable bed. Location close to the stadium was good for us.

Great location and comfy rooms
Pros:

The location and conveniently close to everything I needed.

Cons:

The older lady wouldn’t let me check in at 2:45pm, even when I called and a man stated I could check in at that time. She told me I would have to pay 50 extra dollars to check in 15 minutes early. Other than her, my stay was enjoyable.

Pros:

The staff was great. We came early to park for the Ravens game. Unfortunately, we arrived during checkout. There was only one lady at the desk and she took care of everyone efficiently, quickly and with a smile. She took the time to explain where you needed to be and how to get there. She even helped someone make a reservation while taking the next person in line.

Overall good experience.
Pros:

The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and professional. Our room was a good size and the bathroom very clean. It was only 12 minute's walk to the stadium.

Cons:

Breakfast during the week was excellent. They did not have enough food, nor did they refill the breakfast with enough food on the weekend when the hotel was full. One weekend morning we arrived at breakfast early and one day later with the same lack of food as the result.

Pros:

The staff was great from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. The breakfast was good. The staff even chatted with my son about his first time experience at fort McHenry and Oriole Park at Camden Yards. One of the best stays i have had. Makes me feels good that I was able to take my son there.

A polite and friendly space and a comfortable stay
Pros:

The pool and the staff were wonderful. All of the staff we met were polite and friendly. The pool was nice since it was summer.

Cons:

I think there could be some more gluten free options and it would be nice if the allergens could be listed next to the dishes.

Did not do breakfast. Casino next door was nice.

Managing the homeless/dope smokers outside might make it a little nicer. Would not go out after dark.

Walking distance to a Top Golf and across the street from a royal farms. 10 minutes to the harbor!
