Everything you need in a hotel stay
Pros:

Staff are unusually helpful and friendly--but then, it's Baltimore! The bed is great; the work station is good, with dependable WiFi. Nice to have adequate accessible parking.
This is about the best hotel shower I've ever encountered. I didn't want to leave it.

Cons:

Not a good breakfast. Not much available in the freezer and refrigerator for purchase.

Very cheap, good location. Extremely noisy at night.
Pros:

Location was excellent for M&T bank stadium.

The city noise. The afternoon staff was a bit rude and short with customers. They appeared to be unprepared for the increase in volume as a result of the local event.

We were happy with the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast, and the closeness to M&T Stadium.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. I didn’t expect hot foods. The staff was helpful.

Cons:

Because there was a popular 4:30 event at M & T stadium, there was a long line to check in at 3:00. I think they should have tried to start earlier because we were lined up for a while. They waited until exactly 3:00, even though they were standing there right in front of us for a good 30 minutes not acknowledging our presence.

Professional and clean.
Pros:

Miguel the day manager was extremely helpful with my last minute reservation, even though the hotel was near capacity. He was personable and direct and behaved like a decent human being.

Cons:

The price point. But since I was a last minute reservation, pretty sure that was on me.

It was convenient and clean overall. Breakfast is basic but it's enough of variety to get your day going.

It was convenient to where I was going.

Cons:

I booked a one bedroom king they changed my room to a double for some other reason not to do with me, but only made up ONE of the beds and left the other undone. I had to ask for linens to make the bed as we got in later in the evening. It made the room seem unkempt upon arrival.

It was reasonable.
Pros:

Breakfast was surprisingly excellent. The omelette and turkey patties were excellent and the oatmeal perfect.

Very clean and well located near Ravens Stadium
Pros:

Good value for the location and very clean! We went to a Ravens game and it was a short walk to the venue.

Cons:

It’s in the city, so some homeless issues nearby. The parking lot is fenced in though.
