Our mandatory $35 facility fee includes a range of on-site and off-site amenities designed to perk up your trip.
Additionally, a fee of $100 per night incidental hold/security deposit is taken upon arrival and returned to the original form of payment after check-out. Self-parking is available on-site at $50 per night without in-and-out privileges. However, pricing for in-and-out privileges can be shared upon check-in.

OK the brunch was $30 but charging an extra $5 to over easy my eggs is terrible policy, terrible. It also means the two is zero.
The bed was more comfortable then i thought at first. It was clean and the shower was great.
The mini fridge barely worked, a microwave would have been nice. The sheets were a little rough. Tissues for toilet paper unless you asked for a roll, Big No! For a room advertised with a view it was lacking since the view was the Hyatt across the street, LOL.
Room was very clean. Very comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly when asked about directions and attractions around the area. Location was good, very close to Union Station.

They stopped serving free coffee. The restaurant there charge $4 a cup and they were not very friendly there. The AC was not the greatest. We had to constantly ask for towels and toilet paper.

Charged me an extra $35 for amenities that weren't even up and running. Hallway stunk like marijuana and trash. Rooms were quite small.
The breakfast was delicious and beds were very comfortable. Location was the best!
Tudo começa com o self-check-in super prático: nada de filas, você mesmo resolve tudo num totem tecnológico e já sai com a chave na mão. O quarto é um show de otimização de espaço. A cama retrátil (SmartBed) é genial: você a ajusta por um botão para ler confortavelmente e, na hora de apagar, ela vira um colchão delicioso e espaçoso.
O chuveiro merece um capítulo à parte: pressão perfeita para tirar todo o cansaço das caminhadas pela cidade! Além disso, a limpeza estava impecável e o conforto é garantido. A localização é imbatível, perto de tudo, e ter o restaurante Art and Soul logo ao lado facilita muito a vida (comida ótima!).
Para quem gosta de praticidade, tecnologia e um toque moderno, o Yotel é o "match" perfeito em Washington. Já quero voltar!

La ubicacion es sensacional. Muy cerca del centro de entregas o devolucion de autos rentados y de la estacion de tren.

The rooms were nice not the best but they’re ok
it’s crazy that you have to pay to park your car in the hotels garage usually that comes with the room. It smelled horrible and the sheets felt disgusting and I’m confused why that ceilings was very close to my head 😐.
