Pros:

O hotel é muito bom . O café da manhã é delicioso todo dia tem algo diferente . As cozinheiras capricharam muito na comida tudo fresco e feito no dia . A limpeza é excelente. Roupa de cama e toalhas trocadas regularmente e de muito boa qualidade Atendimento nota 1000 . Todos funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. We were very much happy with our stay, we recommend this hotel for sure.
Pros:

A very nice hotel, not far from the city centre. The staff were really nice and friendly. We stayed there during the first week of December 2025, and the lady at the reception was kind and very helpful. We could easily communicate in English, and she made sure everything was perfect. The cleaning staff were also very nice and did their best — I saw them cleaning every corner carefully.
The breakfast was great! The ladies in the kitchen were very sweet and prepared different dishes each morning. We really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. The rooftop has a beautiful view, and there is also a free gym and an exclusive sauna for guests who wish to use them.
The hotel’s location is excellent and makes it easy and affordable to visit sightseeing places by taxi. We stayed with our family and had two rooms, both spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were also very comfy.
Based on our experience and all the details we noticed, I can’t give them less than 5 stars — they truly deserve it. Thank you, Team ZP Palace!

Awesome, great staff. Keep it up.
Pros:

Staff were great, smiling, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my early arrival and check in, breakfast was awesome and close walk to city centre. They even supported me to get a taxi to airport.

Pros:

Great hotel, nice staff. Room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Good gym. It's outside of the old city, but only a short walk to the metro station. It's a short metro ride to the city from there.
