Доволен и готов остановиться там в следующий приезд
Pros:

Отель недооцененный. За период нашего проживания было очень мало гостей. Несмотря на это работницы ресторана готовили массу вкусных блюд, по просьбе могли приготовить кашу. Но из-за отсутствия гостей ресторан работает только на завтрак.
Расположение очень удобное. До метро идти минут 6-8, рядом остановки автобусов. Полно такси.
Персонал выше всяких похвал. Уборка ежедневно. Но горничным надо напоминать, чтобы положили шампунь, салфетки и т.п. Сейчас везде экономят.
Номер без излишеств, но вполне достаточный для жизни в течение 1-2 недель. Есть душевая кабина, холодильник, чайник, дают воду в бутылках. Для приготовления чая годится вода из под крана.

Cons:

Очень плохо работает интернет. Но это проблема всей Грузии, а не данного отеля.

Отличное расположение, своя парковка. Хороший завтрак, повара принесли нам на семью свежую, горячую, огромную порцию омлета! Отличный вид на город из кафе.

IM Booking.com stand, dass die Sauna im Preis enthalten sei. Dem war nicht so. Deshalb kein "Hervorragend".

Pros:

O hotel é muito bom . O café da manhã é delicioso todo dia tem algo diferente . As cozinheiras capricharam muito na comida tudo fresco e feito no dia . A limpeza é excelente. Roupa de cama e toalhas trocadas regularmente e de muito boa qualidade Atendimento nota 1000 . Todos funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Em 20 minutos de caminhada você chega na cidade velha Gostamos de absolutamente tudo . A academia é boa

Para o meu gosto o colchão é um pouco mole , mas não é uma reclamação e sim meu gosto pessoal . E eu acho que falta uns ganchos no banheiro p toalhas e um cabideiro no quarto . Hotel é sensacional . G ou s tamos de absolutamente tudo

We were very much happy with our stay, we recommend this hotel for sure.
Pros:

A very nice hotel, not far from the city centre. The staff were really nice and friendly. We stayed there during the first week of December 2025, and the lady at the reception was kind and very helpful. We could easily communicate in English, and she made sure everything was perfect. The cleaning staff were also very nice and did their best — I saw them cleaning every corner carefully.
The breakfast was great! The ladies in the kitchen were very sweet and prepared different dishes each morning. We really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. The rooftop has a beautiful view, and there is also a free gym and an exclusive sauna for guests who wish to use them.
The hotel’s location is excellent and makes it easy and affordable to visit sightseeing places by taxi. We stayed with our family and had two rooms, both spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were also very comfy.
Based on our experience and all the details we noticed, I can’t give them less than 5 stars — they truly deserve it. Thank you, Team ZP Palace!
