Pros:

Bonne situation géographique de l'hôtel à l'entrée de Key West (nouvelle ville).
La proposition de navette gratuite par l'hôtel est un point fort pour se rendre à la vieille ville de Key West.
La piscine et le spa ont été très appréciables pendant notre séjour.

Cons:

La climatisation des chambres est bruyante.
Nous avions coupé celle de notre chambre pendant la nuit mais entendions celle des chambres d'à côté.

It was okay, would not come back though.
Pros:

-The pool area we liked and the room was spacious and clean.
-There’s chickens everywhere so that’s a + for us.
-The shuttle was a nice service
-Reka was the only staff member that was super nice and did such a good job!Thank you again you made our stay very special and we really appreciate your work :)

Cons:

-Pool area was nice but also very noisy as it is right next to a big street, so it was not super relaxing with all the cars.
-Parking was not free, which for a hotel where you pay that much for is absurd in my eyes (15$ per night).
-A little far away from downtown or any restaurants really (they do have a shuttle tho every hour)
-Their Poolbar (Salty Lime) made the worst cocktails for 15$ a piece (so bad I had to throw it away). We also paid 7,50$ for one Corona beer (can no bottle) which is ridiculous. It’s a hotel bar and shouldn’t be that overpriced.
Last but not least:
The staff is incredibly unfriendly and rude, tone of voice is super harsh to paying customers. The female staff member with the pink/purple hair especially was consistently very impolite and should reconsider whether this line of work is right for her.

Quick visit spoilt!
Pros:

Ignored at check-in. Virtually all the appliances in the room were faulty! No housekeeping! Noisy- from road & birds! Nice Pool!

Fabulous stay with the friendliest team ever!
Pros:

Fabulous stay. Stayed two nights in late March. Check in by Sisiphu was just the warmest! Bar staff by the pool were warm and friendly too.

Everything just seemed to work, from the breakfasts, they gym, the shuttle bus... We had no issues at all during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable.

Top tip: don't park under the trees, you might get a shaded spot, but you may end up cleaning rooster mess off your car!!

Horrible Customer Service Support
Pros:

Watch Out for the hidden fees on your bill at checkout! Location is beautiful; pool shuts down earlier than the hours listed and my credit card was fraudulently used. When contacting the front desk and the manager denied any issues; however my card was being used after I checked out and sent screen shots to prove it! The customer service for a Hilton Brand was VERY disappointing.

Pros:

Location, pool seemed heated, on-site food was good.

Cons:

Room is substandard for this price point. Beds are horrendous uncomfortable and crunchy = not ok and didn't get much sleep. Pillows are not ok. Cleaning should be better, Tilex would go a long way to get rid of the black gunk and help the room smell better. Vent fan in bathroom didn't seem to be working. Like the shower door, doesn't drain well, drain itself seemed fine.

A lot of fun and a little work stay
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was included in our stay price which was great and a good selection of food. The pool was very nice and the bar drinks and food were yummy. Afternoon popcorn was great and very popular so grab at 3:00 when they put it out. Roosters, chickens, and iguanas were fun to watch. Laundry facilities on site were great when there for almost a week. The only downside to this hotel was the location. Hard to enter and exit since almost at an intersection. All staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Doors open to outside so
We were beside a tree of roosting chickens and roosters at night so lots of nature noises. We
Went for spring break so the was very crowded when going to downtown Ley West. I do love the location of this hotel to Stock Island and the selection of restaurants. Thanks for a great week with family.
