Cons:

Inadmissible : cet hôtel n’a pas respecté notre réservation Booking. Nous avions réservé, plusieurs mois à l’avance, une chambre avec un grand lit et avec vue piscine(voir photo). Arrivés à la réception on nous dit que ce type de chambre n’est pas disponible ! On nous propose (voir photo) une chambre avec un grand lit mais sans vue piscine. Nous contestons et demandons à parler au responsable. Celui-ci nous confirme sans nous donner de raison que ce type de chambre n’est pas disponible. Il nous propose alors une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec vue piscine mais avec deux lits! Arrivés à cette chambre nous constatons qu’il n’y a pas de vue piscine la chambre étant en contrebas de la piscine. Au final nous n’avons pas eu de grand lits, ni de vue piscine alors que nous avions payé pour ce type de chambre. Comportement MALHONNÊTE de la direction de l’hôtel. Hôtel à fuir! Nous avions contacté Booking qui n’a pas réagi semblant finalement donner raison à l’hôtel…

Ich würde nicht wieder dort übernachten.
Pros:

Nur gebucht weil es für Key West „günstig“ ist. Und Parkplatz garantiert ist.

Cons:

Wenn Sie buchen dann nur in Zimmer zur Parkplatzseite. Die andere Seite ist extrem laut aufgrund Strasse, Gäste die nicht wissen wie man sich nachts zu verhalten hat und Angestellte die morgens um 7 Uhr mit einem Laubbläser vor der Türe stehen.
Fenster und Türen halten kaum Lärm ab. Da, wie vielerorts in Amerika, sehr schlecht gebaut wird.

A Lovely Front Desk Greeting While Registering
Pros:

Sisipho, at front desk was amazing, very friendly and a lovely personality. I asked her where is is from and she mentioned South Africa. Loved her accent. and she has a great smile.

Pros:

We had a wonderful time at the Hilton Garden Inn in Key West. Our check in went smoothly and Sisipho was very helpful. She provided information for places we could go for fun and shuttle services to downtown. She was very kind and friendly.

Lot of tourism working in this area for over 8 years overnight stay because of work have to pay these ridiculous high prices for just a couple of hours it's insane

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and so conveniently located. Breakfast was great with more options than most buffets. Be sure and book the rate that includes breakfast as it is money well spent. The hotel is very clean and all amenities were better than expected.

Decent option for Key West.
Pros:

Good hotel, but you can hear the noise and roosters all the time. It is hard to get some sleep if you a light sleeper. The location is ok if you have a car or Uber to downtown.
