This bad experience speaks for itself.
Pros:

The experience at this hotel was mediocre. The staff was somewhat attentive, and the facilities were clean and in good condition, apparently just except for our room. The plumbing, ducts, or air conditioning system had an issue that made noise throughout the day, disrupting our sleep. We reported this to the front desk, who offered to send a technician, but nothing was ever resolved or followed up on. No matter how good the facilities are, they don’t matter if you can’t get any rest. This bad experience speaks for itself.

Atendimento ruim.
Pros:

A estrutura do hotel era muito legal, tinha ônibus disponível para levar para o principal ponto da cidade. Era bem limpo também.

Cons:

Ao chegar o atendente era muito rude. Tinha drink de boas vindas, a colega disponibilizando e para nós nada. Tivemos que solicitar o café da manhã que já estava pago, e ele insistindo que não tinha. Depois olhou e verificou. Tivemos que pedir troca de quarto, estava voltado para a piscina e tinham pessoas fumando (o que era proibido, mas ninguém estava cuidando). Apesar do meu status Hilton e Booking, ao solicitar a troca de quarto por causa do cheiro de cigarro, nos colocou em uma categoria com camas menores. Era tudo para ser ótimo, porém o atendimento fez com que fosse uma experiência ruim.

We had fun in key west but the AC mad us sleep very uncomfortable and hot
Pros:

I liked that it offers a lot of amenities and activities for kids and extra pools from other properties staff was nice to us and polite and so were we it’s nice to have polite staff around

Cons:

We slept uncomfortable are king room wasn’t ready when we arrived around 3pm so we were offered a double queen they said it was comfortable it wasn’t it was small and we didn’t fit in the bed well
Also big issue was the AC in the room was not cooling we put it on high and the room would not get cold we tried to give it an extra night to see if it cooled but it didn’t and we thought about asking to switch rooms but after unpacking with all the kids it seemed more of a hassle my pregnant wife did not want to go the all the trouble

שמחנו להתארח במלון הילטון בקי ווסט.
הצוות שירותי מאוד, אדיב, מקצועי ויעיל.
המקום נקי מאוד, שקט, מרגיע, נוח ונותן מענה כגון חנייה בחינם, שאטלים לנסיעה העירה, מיקום המלון מעולה.
ארוחת הבוקר בריאה, טעימה ומגוונת. תודה רבה על ההזדמנות להתארח כאן בנועם ובנוחות.

Ok - würden aber das Hotel nicht mehr buchen

Ausreichend Parkplätze , Shuttle Bus in die Innenstadt. Nettes Personal an der Rezeption

Cons:

Mancare puțin diversificata. Camerele necesita reparații. Nu exista spațiu de depozitare suficient si suporturi pentru a usca prosoape. Aerul condiționat este foarte zgomotos

Great place to stay!
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially, Marcello the front desk attendant. He went out of his way for us. It was for our 40th anniversary and a very special time.

Lage ist katastrophal. Neben einer sehr großen und lauten Straße .
