A Lovely Front Desk Greeting While Registering
Pros:

Sisipho, at front desk was amazing, very friendly and a lovely personality. I asked her where is is from and she mentioned South Africa. Loved her accent. and she has a great smile.

Very accommodating and friendly, I had a wonderful experience.

Welcoming staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful time at the Hilton Garden Inn in Key West. Our check in went smoothly and Sisipho was very helpful. She provided information for places we could go for fun and shuttle services to downtown. She was very kind and friendly.

Cons:

Lot of tourism working in this area for over 8 years overnight stay because of work have to pay these ridiculous high prices for just a couple of hours it's insane

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and so conveniently located. Breakfast was great with more options than most buffets. Be sure and book the rate that includes breakfast as it is money well spent. The hotel is very clean and all amenities were better than expected.

Excellent service and well run Hilton!
Pros:

The staff and management are amazing. Very well ran Hilton. They have a regular shuttle to Duvall street.

Decent option for Key West.
Pros:

Good hotel, but you can hear the noise and roosters all the time. It is hard to get some sleep if you a light sleeper. The location is ok if you have a car or Uber to downtown.

Location was as expected

Cons:

Housekeeping staff rolled carts up & down the sidewalk outside the room beginning at 7:00am and continuing until 11:00am making it impossible to sleep
Shower door was broken
Caulk in shower was peeling off
Charge for room was outrageous and then additional “resort fee” added on top of that.

Keyes were super cold but beautiful
Pros:

Mimi front office greeter was fabulous! gave great information about the hotel but also gave tips of where to eat, go in the area which where valid. Hotel needs a good scrubbinng, hallways are looking dated, room had no view at all, pool area is nice but weather was too cold to use. Room smelled a little musty however very clean, location is good annd they offer a free shuttle to historic distance but there are some great resturants within walking distance

Top Notch Customer Service and Excellent Shuttle
Pros:

Our stay here was very good. The front desk staff was outstanding especially Theodore. Due to needing to collect a shuttle pass daily we had a fair amount of interaction with Theodore and other desk staff. Upon arrival our room was not ready so our bags were secured and we visited the pool area. When our room was still not ready more than an hour later, Theodore found us another room and adjusted our resort fee for the inconvenience.

The shuttle to downtown was an excellent amenity and ran on time with very pleasant drivers. This is a great idea. We chose this hotel due to the shuttle, bars and restaurant. Did not use the restaurant at all and found the bar times inconsistent in the evening.

The pool area was lovely and the service at the pool bar was very good.

Our room and bathroom area were large however could use an update. We found our room location had less traffic noise as we were away from the highway. Just the chickens to wake us!
