Great stay.. pricey but ok.
Pros:

Staff was good Jay was great. I was a little upset the next day at the buffet the gentlemen either did not understand cheese or did not want to bother but for 18 dollars for an ok buffet and you also cook to order there had to be cheese .

Cons:

For some reason the sheets the first night were prickly for lack of a better way to explain it. Changed the sheets for a second night and it was great.

Cons:

The pool was too warm. Also people were smoking both cigarettes and cigars. The behavior of the guests bordered on obscene. I know that isn’t your responsibility though.

A szoba kényelmes volt, a környék csendes, a medence pedig mindig tiszta. A személyzet rendkívül segítőkész volt, külön örültünk Réka kedvességének :) A shuttle busz nagyon praktikusnak bizonyult, többször is igénybe vettük.

Cons:

A légkondi kicsit hangos volt.

That we were in key west.

Cons:

The room was not as good as expected for the money we spent, they charge you a room fee, resort fee and a parking fee. You pay to pay everywhere you go and then they tack on one as well. The room was "pool view" not so much with all the bushes in the way. Cleaning ladies were not pleasant as all. The room was got at night even with the air as low as it would go.

Pessima pelo atendimento no check in. Instalações boas.

Cons:

Chegamos duas horas antes do horário para o check in e perguntariam se queríamos fazer naquele horário. Fizemos. Pra nossa surpresa cobraram US$ 50,00 de taxa por antecipação do check in e não informaram que teria essa taxa quando chegamos ao hotel.

El ambient de la piscina

Cons:

Se reservò una habitation con cama king, la cual no fue entregada en el momento del check in, por ende nos entregaron habitation con cama queen en estado deplorable, estas camas son del siglo xx, teniamos tenor, estres ,miedo de dormir en Ellas debido a que traqueban demasiado, totalmente inconformes con este cambio.
