Location was as expected

Cons:

Housekeeping staff rolled carts up & down the sidewalk outside the room beginning at 7:00am and continuing until 11:00am making it impossible to sleep
Shower door was broken
Caulk in shower was peeling off
Charge for room was outrageous and then additional “resort fee” added on top of that.

Hotel Hilton padrão, porém com melhorias a serem feitas em infraestrutura, como elevadores operando.
Pros:

Estacionamento fácil e quartos bastante grandes.

Cons:

Os dois elevadores não estavam funcionando, algo bem ruim para um hotel Hilton. E nem sequer disponibilizaram alguém para nos ajudar a subir com as malas para o segundo piso. Também faltou café no quarto, só trouxeram chá. De resto, uma acomodação OK.

The room is to dark and the lobby has what looks like a continental breakfast so i got some fruit and 1 sausage link and then got a bill for $20. Misleading and should be made clear.

Cons:

They made me pay for parking which is bad, I went to Orlando stay for 4days I did not pay for parking and resort fee. Is resort fee a thing? Nobody came to clean the room, I had to called to ask for cleaning, TV is not working when I got there. It was really bad.

Cons:

Un des oreillers sentait l’urine. S’allonger sur un oreiller plein d’urine est inadmissible ! Le personnel nous a proposé de changer de chambre sans excuse et ne nous a pas cru. Chose que j’aurais du faire : leur emmener l’oreiller en question à l’accueil pour être pris au sérieux. Cela a gâché notre soirée. Hôtel à éviter !
Les extérieurs qui mènent aux chambres nécessitent un rafraîchissement. A l’heure actuelle, cela est très précaire pour un Hilton.

Enttäuschend und schlechtes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Die Dame an der Rezeption war bemüht und höflich.

Cons:

Leider waren wir vom Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Alles war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Frühstück war die Buffet Auswahl sehr gering & die meisten Gerichte (Waffeln, Spiegelei etc.) mussten kostenpflichtig dazu bestellt werden.
Darüber hinaus hatten wir ein Zimmer mit King Size Bett und Poolblick gebucht, wurden dann aber in einem Zimmer mit zwei Einzelheiten und Blick zum Parkplatz eingebucht. Als wir uns beschwerten, hieß es, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Wir könnten lediglich in ein Zimmer im 4. Stock mit Kingsize Bett wechseln - das allerdings nur in den nächsten 15 Minuten, danach werde das Zimmer weitervergeben. Alles in allem sehr unglücklich und vom personal sowie Manager leider schlecht gehandelt … nach dem Abendessen konnten wir dann im neuen Zimmer einchecken.
Lage ist leider sehr ab vom Schuss, weshalb das Hotel aber stündlich einen Shuttle anbietet.
