Hotel seems nice but after check in, that is when everything goes downhill. The hotel shuttle was sitting under the veranda blocking access to the door, with the driver in the vehicle knowing they were blocking the door. Didn't move so I had to unload my luggage in a snow storm. I arrived as a guest speaker to an event. Cleary with a reservation number and in Official Uniform. Guest services asks what card to use, I present them a card (assuming incidentals) but they charged me for the prepaid account stay. I went back to front desk and they said they had to clear it with the event organizer. The same one who provided me with the confirmation number. OK thats fine. Went to the restaurant/bar. Seated myself and after 15 minutes of no contact after the staff acknowledged me I left. Got settled in. Room was worn, toilet would'nt flush. This is probably the worst Hilton Experience I have had. I travel often and this property is a 2 star at best. I've stayed at $60.00 a night places that are better. Service is poor and sloppy at best.

Beautiful place. Pool was great. Staff when we checked in was superb until we woke up the next day and we to get food.
Went to get food the morning we won't up. Yeah we got to the bar at 1058... we asked about food at 1102. Staff seemed to think they weren't in lunch mode because they said oh im srry we dont serve till 11... well its 2 minutes pa a t 11. She went back to get a waitress what happened? She rushed out like she was 15 tables deep and in a hurry when we w we re the only ones there... we asked for a half order of mozzarella sticks because they did it for us the night before and I guess day time chefs are different from lunch chefs. Cuz they wouldn't do a half order for us so we decided not to eat there at all and left.

We were to stay at the Hilton Cincinnati Airport location on a recent road trip, but due to an error the handicap accessible room we had booked was not available. The front desk person tried to find us another location, but was unable to do so. We did find another Hilton hotel some miles away. The next morning, we contacted the general manager of the Cincinnati Airport Hilton, Imran Hussain about our issue from the previous evening. Mr Hussain was gracious in listening to our concerns and assured us that once he had time to investigate the situation he would get back to us. A man of his word, he contacted within a couple of hours and not only apologized for our inconvenience, but ask us to be his guest the next time we were in the area. Needless to say, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised, especially since we have found most mangers seldom follow up on guest concerns. But Mr. Hussain is a true gentleman and professional and did just what he said. A week or so later we did return to the are on our return trip and took him up on his offer. Let me say our stay was amazing. The hotel is beautiful! Our room was excellent.The staff were so very kind and helpful. What started out not so good, turned into one of the best experiences of our month long vacation, during which we spent 20 nights at various Hilton properties. Of the twenty different hotels, none were better than the Hilton Cincinnati Airport. Not only did we have a great stay, we now have a new friend in Mr. Imran Hussain. We will certainly return there the next time we are in the area. We highly recommend you do also. You will be glad you did. Hilton Hotels are blessed to have Mr. Hussain as their general manager. He is truly a man of his word.
Comfy beds with plenty of pillows, room was very spacious. Check in & out was quick.
I wish the bar stayed open until either 1am or 2am.
Came for a family wedding, when we returned after reception. We hoped to have a few drinks at bar and watch a few ncaa football games. But bar had stopped serving after 11:30

First I want to say A HUGE THANK YOU to the staff who prepared all the food and waited on all of the conference people you guys did an amazing job and we appreciate you. Also, I wanna give a shout out to Roberto and James with the front desk. They were so very welcoming and accommodating of everyone’s needs.
That being said, when we all checked out on Sunday, there was an older white woman at the desk who was very rude and combative with multiple people. I would love to speak to the general manager at some point about the experience as well and what I witnessed.
