Location was close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

The room was a little dirty. And the door had some damage to it, prob when the knob was installed. Also, the deadbolt didn’t work or was not part of the door. It also wasn’t secured very well so you could see light from the hall and hear everything other people were doing.
