I loved the stay. I will stay again
Pros:

Pool area, sitting area

Cons:

I loved the property. I didn’t like that there was no ice on our floor, hair was on the towels so we went and purchased our own. It took the next day for the fridge to get cold.

The garden yard was fantastic, unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked to.

Cons:

The pillows are horrible. Our bathroom sink had a trickle and nothing more (Rm 432).

We had a great time but the rooms could use some repairs and a good cleaning.
Pros:

The outdoor area was beautiful. I also really enjoyed the lobby and the seattles best coffee in the lobby. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The hotel room was very dirty and run down. Stains all over the carpet, thick dust coating most furniture (lamps, etc). The bedding had an odor that made it seem it was unclean. The conditioner bottle was completely empty. The breakfast selection was fine but there was no syrup any day we were there so many guests were left unable to enjoy the waffles or French toast. The bathroom needs a lot of work - some of the metal pieces look broken and the paint in the tub is chipping all over.

We had a wonderful stay, and we look forward to returning on our next visit.
Pros:

Everything was excellent! The room was very spacious and provided plenty of space for my family to visit us comfortably. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff went above and beyond by helping us find indoor attractions for our grandchildren on rainy days. They also allowed our grandchildren to use the pool, which made for a wonderful day. My husband has already said that the next time we visit, this hotel will definitely be our first choice.

Cons:

There wasn't a single thing I disliked about this hotel. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to add a small side table in the living room so guests have a convenient place to set their coffee mugs or other drinks while watching TV.

Pros:

The proximity to Fort Jackson was nice.

Cons:

The breakfast ended at 9:00am. Many hotels offer breakfast at least until 9:30. The staff was literally taking things almost out of people's hands as they were trying to get some breakfast items.
