The facilities in the room were very old (maybe from the 60’s) also there is no breakfast. And very expensive for what you get

Perfect for a week of meetings in Ottawa! Very clean, well equipped, quiet and terrific staff.
Located very close to Parliament Hill, the Rideau Canal and not a long walk to get over to Gatinauex.
Elgin St has a multitude of restaurants to choose from, and you can also get to Byward Market very quickly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

De locatie en parkeren was goed, We hebben de auto laten staan en hebben alles met de bus, die om de hoek stopt, gedaan. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, we misten een stoel voor op het balkon en een waterkoker, we hebben iemand gevraagd en het werd onmiddelijk gebracht.
De inrichting is iets gedateerd, maar wel schoon en heel.
Great base if you don't have a car - easy walk to downtown, the canal, Byward and public transport options. Grocery store, drugstore and plenty of restaurant options nearby. Room was spacious, well-equiped and clean. Loved having the balcony for a relaxing morning coffee. Wifi was speedy - be sure to ask when you check in for access. Great to have the front desk check regularly to see if I needed anything during my stay
No dislikes, just be awares:
if you have sensory issues, the bath towels can feel a little like microfibre towels. Bath soap and two-in-one shampoo is available, so you might need to bring your own conditioner.
Housekeeping starts early (8am) sometimes, so if your room needs attending make sure you take the do-not-disturb sign off early

Location. Close to restaurants. Easy to get cabs. Room comfortable.
Housekeeping only occurred twice in the six days. I did not use the kitchen except for putting my bottled water in refrigerator. Noticed fronts of cupboards were not cleaned.
