The staff were so nice and the unit itself was really great. Overall it was a very nice stay, and most of the facilities seemed pretty well kept.
The Location is great !
It didn’t feel worth the price we paid.
1- kitchen garbage was already full at arrival and there were no extra garbage bags.
2- The sofa is too old and not comfortable at all. The bed was much smaller than expected and not comfortable for two people. Pillows are small too.
3- There was a strong smell of cigarette/weed in the hallway, that we could smell inside the room.
4- the street noice could be heard very clearly from the room, which made it difficult to rest.
5-parking is too expensive and should’ve been free for the hotel’s clients in my opinion.
6- very poor toiletries (no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash, there was only 1 small little soap).
Friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen and separate bedroom suites. Pool hot in and sauna are great

The staff
Too old, however well maintained but need to reconsider the bedding setup, renew the pillows, mattress and Duvet
Parking was easy. Front desk was good.
The Beds are not comfortable
There were no spare dishwasher soaps or extra cutlery . Very limited utensils. Needed to ask for frying pan. No scrubber for dish washing. Everything was limited stocks for one night while my room was booked for 3 nights.
Pool was too crowded. No one to monitor the behaviours. There were around 8-10 big kids playing water volley in the pool from a big group in the hotel. They were not giving enough space for other families to enjoy the pool. This happened 2 days Friday and Saturday , 15th and 16th.
Need more monitoring and control in the kids behaviour or timing.

The location of this place is exceptional and central. The fact that you get 24 hours parking is a bonus. The parking fee of $40 seemed high $30 would have seemed reasonable. The room was clean with comfortable bed and sofa bed. This place is walking distance to the Parliament Hills, Sparks St, Rideau Centre and not too far from Byward Market. I would stay here again.
The toilet was a bit outdated and could have been updated.

Friendly staff and great location. Very clean
Didnt realize it would be do dated. Maybe photos were a littld misleading - I found the deco very dated, the room/studio was spacious but dark and a little austere/basic
