Location is key for us as visiting relatives that live in the area , parking is right outside door and i travel with someone who gets out of breath easily, so she doesn’t have to walk far to get in . Beds are always comfortable .house was nice and warm
This is my third visit so anything I don’t like doesn’t matter as it wouldn’t stop me from returning
- Good location for us
- 2 parking spaces
- Tea and coffee provided
- Detached house in nice quiet area
- Easy check-in process
- No rails in the wardrobes so cant hang any clothes up
- Floorboards extremely squeaky
- Shower water pressure extremely low
- Beds have big gaps in the mattress so very lumpy
- No plug sockets near any of the mirrors in the house so wasn't great for the ladies to get ready
Location, shower pressure, door between stairs and living room, clean carpet, clean house, clean kitchen and comfort pillows. They also provide coffee, tea and sugar. Big fridge and good cooker.
Dining table had 90 degree corners, toilet seat broken, gate not secure enough that the baby was actually outside in the front of house, rubbish and recycle bins overflowing, kitchen light doesn’t turn off and mattresses were old and uncomfortable .
Good location, very quiet area ,very cosy, nice Decor, clean and comfortable, only short walk to shops nice garden area for barbecue.fullnsize fridge and freezer ,ideal for longer stays has washing machine too.we felt at home from the moment we arrived .we will be booking again in the future as it was a great find on booking .commonly 35 minutes Drive to Skegness
Not enough cooking vessels small pans and oven trays .and need a full crockery set as only had four plates and two dishes ,three was no side plates also hot tap in the bathroom was only a trickle took an hour to run a bath
Comfortable beds
Short of crockery and cutlery. Very bland - pale of pictures, homely touches etc Parking a problem
Location
Upstairs floor creaking woke everyone up all the time and the stairs
Nowhere to hang your clothes in bedroom
No mirrors in bedroom
Location is ideal for us as we have an elderly relative living around the corner and this is second time we have stayed here , great to have free wifi .
Beds were clean and comfortable.
Neighbours not parking there 2 large cars considerately so it was a tight squeeze.
I like a bath and water was very slow to fill up but water was nice and hot.
Wardrobes not really practical as no pole or coat hangers to put clothes on .
Only one bedroom had a lamp and Not many bowls and plates in kitchen but didn’t effect us
The house is well placed between skegness and kings lynn and was a perfect location for us visiting those two places
The only issue we had was the kettle needs to be replaced or a descale tablet used to clean it, we boiled water in a pan on the stove.
It is a very hot house, the first thing we did was turn the heating off as it was too hot for us
Inconsiderate parking next door made it very difficult to park a large van outside of premises ( not renters fault ) Described with a fully equipped kitchen but didn’t even have a pair of scissors or a chopping board ! TV in the living room had all settings in polish so was virtually impossible to navigate and the floorboards in the whole of the upstairs made such a noise that we called it a ‘burglars nightmare’
Very strange carcass wardrobe shells without any hanging rails or doors and a shower that was hit and miss !! Poor value for money
We couldn’t find a chopping board and the cooking knives were a bit blunt, otherwise the kitchen was adequately equipped.
Nice and clean
Floor boards need attention, very squeaky upstairs.
The neighbour was parked too far over so we couldn't get the car at the side of the house.
Other than that, it's a lovely little house.
Property was absolutely ideal and just what I was looking for somewhere for a friend and I just say after a long journey travelling up to meet a friend the following day.
Property was very convenient, plenty of space for two people, communication from owner was good, property was also nice and warm and cozy up upon arrival, considering it was only 2° outside
