Yikes.
Cons:

The front desk night staff worker was very rude and nasty. He said his manager was on vacation and wouldn't care what he said or did.

I stayed right across the street instead, and had a much better experience. There I was greeted by a wonderful young mother who was more than happy to help my family.

Suitable for passing through
Pros:

Not bad for passing through on the way to/from a trip. The only two negatives were the carpet was very slightly damp (felt cold-weird), and the breakfast eggs and sausage had to be warmed up in the microwave. The breakfast line attendant didn’t bother refilling any of the items that ran out (this was an hour before closing. I had to ask if I could make my daughter a waffle because the attendant was cleaning up the waffle station and trying to close it down. There was no one at the front desk from the time I checked in (thankfully I used digital check in) until the next morning. Every housekeeper we encountered was very polite. I will say this place was pretty clean, safe and comfortable for the one night we were passing through.

It was a nice family getaway
Pros:

Super nice. Small things like broken trim but it was super kid friendly, my kids are 1 and 2 and there was nothing they could get into or break and I loved that. Shampoo smelled great

They were out of the body wash. That is all

Pros:

Very nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful

Cons:

It was a little pricey for one night 235.00 plus a 50.00 pet fee for one night seemed a bit much. Still a very nice experience though.
