Location is good
Cleaning of rooms and service i asked for new sheets and towels no never got them
I waited until I came back from my vacation to see if I could be less disappointed in this property, however I am not. I have stayed here many times before, and this time will have been my absolute last time. If you are thinking about giving this hotel another try, because you liked the times before, consider yourself warned! This hotel is beyond dated. There was no visible sign of "refresh" anywhere other then maybe the floor entrance into the room. The carpet was sticky feeling. The moulding around the walls was coming off and the bathroom shower fixtures were very corroded with "hard water" stains. We placed our suitcase on the luggage rack and hoped that it was going to stay on it and off the grimy carpet. The TV remote felt tacky. The hallways to the rooms were oddly soft and squishy. I know this isn't a luxury hotel and I shouldn't be expecting much, but you really don't get much here. It was a bed to sleep in (as lousy as it was) on our way through Spokane. The free breakfast was nothing to boast about. But hey if you like crappy coffee, stale muffins and lukewarm yogurt then this is your place to stay.
We stayed here in August 2025 as well and had a good experience. Knowing the circumstances in Spokane with the wildfires, we were grateful to get a room in the city in short notice. The price was right. Well located next to shopping and restaurants. It is located in a busy road but we could not hear any traffic from our room. They served breakfast however I only had coffee due to food allergies. It looked decently stocked. There were a few drinks for sale at the front desk, however there’s also a gas station right next door if you want more snacks. The staff we encountered were very friendly, even though it was crazy busy and they were pulling double duty (laundry and desk and breakfast). Note: no elevator to the second floor. Our room was decently clean, the bed was comfortable.
The only minor issues were the only coffee in our room was decaf, and our shower did not operate- whether operator error or functional we aren’t sure. Given the situation in the city, and that we would be home that day, we just let the staff know and carried on.
The the electricity came back on withing 5 hours
It was so disgustingly dirty the floors weren't mopped the bathtub stank the sheets weren't changed and had feet prints and a dog piss spot. The front desk clerk had a stiff accent couldn't even understand her
Location easy access to interstate highway
Building is in need of repair, updating and remodeling.
Closeness to freeway
The shower was dirty with handprints from the prior stay
The bathroom wall was brown from dirt by the garbage can.
The water turn on was so loose it moved the entire wall
The ice bucket was dirty
The mattress was a poofy ball of nothing
The ac grill was broke and falling off the unit
Friendly staff, conveniently located, clean rooms, and has all the necessary amenities. I would recommend to others and be back when in the area again.
Nothing went well.
The ice maker in the kitchen did not work. The ice maker in the building did not work. I had to go to the main building to get ice. The TV did not work and the staff would not come and fix it after repeated calls. The floor was filthy and the bottoms of my feet turned black after I walked around after my shower. The pancake machine did not work and the staff seemed incapable of fixing it.
To start, went down at 7:45 am for some coffee, and there was none. All they had was decaf and said it would take an hour to make so apparently they weren't making any more. Pastries were at least a week old, the kind you throw away after finding them in your cupboard.
Now I will back up a bit to the room we were given. It was first floor, the bathroom was filthy. The towels had see-thru spots where they were visibly worn, not just worn, but worn out so much you could see thru them at spots. There was no hair dryer (which is basic in most hotels, even roachy motels). The bed and sink had hair from either a previous guest or maybe the cleaning crew. Not just one hair, I mean a lot of hair in the corners of the bathroom floor, sink area and on the bed sheets. There was a plug, which I have a picture of, that was half way broke off. An EXTREME hazard for someone with children. I cannot even begin to imagine what a child would do with that huge opening, exposing live wires. The sink at the lavatory was so loose, you had to hold it to turn the faucet one. NEED I GO ON????
I think WYNDHAM needs to do a little better at maintaining their facilities or holding the independent owners accountable. Looks really bad when you're a rewards member and get treated like a crackhead!
Customer service received was great. The only not-so-good experience was the guestroom; the quality of the room was a bit overpriced, the shower amenities were lacking, the floor lamp was broken, and the size of the TV could have been a little bigger. The only good thing was the bed, it was very comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay until some partiers out back, at midnight, under our window, they were very noisy. Why is there still a $50 on my bank card? I thought that was a deposit or did you charge me for my 5lb dog, which is ridiculous.
The room was nice
I did not take advantage of breakfast unfortunately however the staff that checked me in was very kind and helpful. I wish I got her name but she was so very sweet and smiled entire time and made me feel welcome.
The room smells fiercely like urine. There was blood and other stains on bed. Food and other substances splattered on wall and lamp. The entire carpet had very large foul smelling stains. There was a used loofah in shower and all the soap dispensers were completely empty. Broken furniture in room. The shower only got lukewarm and shower curtain had mildew stains all over bottom half.
Reasonable price, good location
Dirty, stains on the blanket and bed sheet, slow personnel, coffee finished during the breakfast and I was told that it will 2 hours to re-start coffee machine
