ホテルのスタッフも親切で最高でした。また是非利用したいと思います。
Pros:

朝食の内容がとても充実していてよかった。特にスタッフの方(男女2名)の応対の良さと自然な笑顔が朝食の楽しさを倍増させてくれました。熊本のイメージも良くなりました。

Cons:

ホテル自体は環境も良く静かで満足・問題ありませんでしたが熊本空港からのアクセスが6KMと遠いのでタクシー代が3,000円くらいと高額でしたので出来れば小型の送迎サービスがあれば最高かともいます。利用者も多くなると思います。

とても気持ち良く過ごさせていただきました。
Pros:

スタッフ皆さんの心遣いやお声がけが素晴らしかったです。
フロントはもちろん、朝食スタッフさんからはとても優しいおもてなしを受け、清掃スタッフの方々からもとても気持ちの良い挨拶をいただきました。
子供達が「もっとホテルに居たかった」と寂しがっていました。

Pros:

Our rooms are quite big, air conditioning is quite good, beds are comfy, breakfast is also good, but it would be better if there are more varieties.
very nice sakura trees within the hotel compound.
The hotel is a good stop to Mt Aso, Yufu and Beppu. Ample parking space

I loved it and I recommend this hotel strongly. Will visit again :)
Pros:

The hotel had a garden view with a pretty terrace. My stay happened to be Sakura blossoming term, and was very lucky I got a room by this time. Whole place was neat and clean, modern but not too fancy, and l really enjoyed my stay!

Cons:

Nothing I should claim to!
