A modern, beautiful and well run hotel with a large parking area. The staff are excellent.
Pros:

I stayed for two nights at this excellent hotel. The room was a good size and had nice decor and a lovely view of the extensive lawn area at the rear of the hotel. Overall the hotel felt like it was new, and I could tell that it was well run. The breakfast buffet was excellent and there were plenty of options for both Japanese and Western tastes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is flying into or out of Kumamoto airport. The hotel also has a large parking area, so it is ideal if you are traveling by car or motorcycle, the parking is free too.
I was traveling by motorcycle and not long after parking the bike at the hotel, I realised that I had flat tyre. After checking in, I explained the situation to the staff at the reception, I don’t speak Japanese, so with their knowledge of English and with the help of google translate, they understood the situation. I then asked them if they knew where I would be able to get the tyre repaired the next day. The staff went out of their way to help with this, including calling some of the local businesses on my behalf the following morning and finding out where I could get the puncture fixed and how much it would cost. It all worked out well due to their help. It would have been difficult for me to arrange it on my own. I really cannot thank the helpful staff at the reception enough, it was so appreciated. I would highly recommend the hotel anyway due to its decor, cleanliness, lovely rooms and buffet breakfast, but the kind and helpful staff really made a significant difference to my trip.

満足してます。ただ、地震さえ無ければ、これは仕方ない(//∇//)
Pros:

ビジネスホテルというか、シティホテルに匹敵する感じの広さでした。外で、遊んだり、ティーができる場所まであって、予想外に良かったです。子供が居たので、大変満足してます。

Cons:

街に抜ける大きな街道ぞいなので、繁華街などが、ないため飲みに出られるような方、コンビニに行くかたは、タクシーか、徒歩で行くしかない所でしょうが、宿泊だけのかたは良いと思います。

穴場、快適、車でなければタクシーは必須なので交通費は高くなる。
Pros:

清潔。設備は適度で不足なく部屋がとても過ごしやすいレイアウトで居心地がよい。リモートワークにも向いてると思う。テレビからHDMIインプットが出てるのでケーブルがあればモニター出力も可能かと。

Cons:

エアコンを除湿にしたり26度以上の冷房にするとやや湿気の臭いが出る。エアコンを弱めに使いたかったがあまり使いこなせず寒めにして厚着した。
低評価になるほどのレベルではない。エアコンも充分綺麗だと思う。
