Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Prive was right for the room and facities.

Cons:

Room reeked of stale cigarettes (yes it was a smoking room but I don't smoke and was never asked) . Room did picture 2 beds and a chair/ recliner but the space for the recliner was empty. The room phone started ringing over and over at 3:30 am. Likely kids pranking but we couldn't turn off the ringer.

Pros:

The room was incredibly dirty, and I even found blood on my pillow. The sheets and towels all had a yellow-ish tint, and the overall place just did not feel clean. The staff had issues with checking me in, and the process ended up taking 30 minutes to complete.

Cons:

Cleanliness was not up to standard. I am surprised that they are able to operate with the lack of attention to cleanliness. I do not know if they would pass a health inspection. Also, they say they have free breakfast, but it is just coffee and bread and hostess donuts.

Dirty, bird poo, stay somewhere else in cave city.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Location near Mammoth Cave National Park

Cons:

The hotel is VERY dirty. The reception smelled stale. All the walkways had birds nesting in the eves, who produce bird poo on walls and floors. The laundry room was filthy. I wanted to wash clothes and was told the dryer worked but the washing machine stopped working two days prior. I was sent to their sister hotel across town to use their laundry facilities instead. When I returned to dry my clothes, the notice the management had put on the washing machine to say out of order was dated 28 Oct 2025. Our room wasn’t clean. The toilet seat was visibly very worn and the corner of the bathroom had collected dirt that hadn’t seen a cloth in some time. The swimming pool needed filtering with leaves and debris floating. Although breakfast was complementary I did not participate, the cleanliness was too much of an issue.

A good place with a good price
Pros:

It was clean, good beds, the receptionist was well trained, just a light breakfast cold cereal, yogurt or waffle, which is fine for me. For the price I'm well satisfied.

Cons:

Don't have anything negative to comment about, the pool wasn't up and going but it wasn't pool season yet, but they were were cleaning it up.
