Overall kind of typical of a Motel 6 experience, very stripped down and no-frills. This is fine as I was traveling by myself and I just wanted a simple place to crash for the evening. The front desk people were also always very nice.
The room, despite being reserved as nonsmoking and marked nonsmoking on the door, reeked of smoke. I didn't bother asking for a different room since it seemed like the overall place was under renovation and rooms seemed in short supply. However it was bad enough that when I got home, I could still smell the smoke on my unused "clean" clothes and had to run everything through the wash again.
The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful, went above and beyond to get me a room I loved.
Noisy neighbors, housekeeping staff somewhat rude.
Nice and good
I recommend to stay here with good price
Tha was 10 minutes from my meeting
Construction near by
I liked the staff and the location.
I did not like the cockroach infestation. they were behind the microwave that did not work, in the shower, on the walls, in the sink. I awoke and they were on the bed with me. The place reeked of cigarettes. There was evidence by burn marks in the blankets.
Staff were nice, cheap
Dirty facilities: urine smell everywhere, nonsmoking room smelled like smoke and had a hole from cigarette burn in sheet, dirty sheets on bed, dirty sticky floor, urine on back of bathroom door, very loud through the night.
The front desk lady was very nice
Room was disgusting and smelled like cigarettes. There were some tweekers hanging out downstairs.
I basically lived there but after awhile the staff got less friendly the longer I stayed. So I won't be going back
I paid daily and some days I paid for multiple days but as soon as I overslept do to being on call for work they kicked me out for being 10 minutes late. When I come to pay they kick me out anyway after staying here for months literally. So that let's me know they don't care about the people that do live there. I know its a business but what happened to hospitality? They just want the money. Business is business i guess
Bed area appeared clean. Nice size refrigerator and small microwave.
When I arrived, no one was present. It stated ring the bell. No bell button any Place!! Someone came to the door finally. When I left at 5:54am I was able to find the bell beside the night window. Apparently it is put out the night window on a wire.
Toilet set lid was up when I entered the bathroom. The light from the overhead light showed dried urine on the toilet seat. The toilet did not flush. I had to take the lid off the water area to lift the arm holding the chain to flush.
It was clearly evident it was an older place that had no updates. Some patrons appeared to be living there full time.
The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The bathroom door was kicked in and patched. On the door entrance to the room. There was a dead bolt to secure the door. There was no additional old fashioned chain to add additional security or those newer solid fold over latches. The dead bolt alone did not feel secure enough to hold anyone out if they were trying to seriously get in. I pulled the little eating table and chairs in front of the door just to create noise if someone did try.
My last complaint, and it's possibly just me, the bed was very FIRM.
The 2 staff I met were nice.
