Our stay was very unpleasant.
Pros:

I liked the cost.

Cons:

My room was supposed to be non-smoking - it wasn’t. In fact the entire property smelled of smoke. I am allergic to smoke so for three days I had to worst headaches and coughed and sneezed.

Our neighbors were outside all hours of the day and night smoking, cussing, yelling, and dogs barking constantly. It was so unpleasant and at times we were scared for our safety.

Close proximity to my early appointment. Easy to get in and out

Cons:

And this isn't the hotel's fault. Some idiot beat my door down at 1am. I was a little uncomfortable as a woman alone being at the back of the hotel and wish they had given me room closer to the front. The parking lot lighting isn't the best if you're out in the dark alone, especially on the back side where you're parked up against a partially wooded area.

The room smelled so bad we had to prop the door open to air it out. there was only one chair for two people, 3 extremely flat pillows, made it extremely uncomfortable. just two towels and one washcloth. I killed a roach in the bathroom. Lightbulb’s missing. The ac was so loud I thought a semi was idling outside.

BUGS- RUN
Pros:

Walked in the room, bed bugs and cockroaches crawling everywhere. They even had bug traps under the beds. Went to the front desk to get a refund, the lady gave us one no problem and said she already knew and that they can’t rid of them.

Had NO clean wash clothes to shower! NONE!!! Had to use a full body towel! 🤷‍♀️ Need a trash can in the bathroom!! Shower heads need replaced! Sheets were dirty! Bath towels were dirty!

Room was very unkempt, as if someone just left and forgot to tidy up,housekeeping did not make it to the room before arrival, blood stains on the bed and the desk clerk had no clue of what was going on,I have photos of the room,216
Finally got a different room, which was better,after an hour. I feel a reimbursement would be the proper next step..
