Side lamp not working so had to have overhead light on instead which is very clinical. No staff visible - no technical support for poor light (wall switch faulty) despite reporting through digital help.

Excellent for all our visits requirements
Pros:

The location to the Chelsea Royal Marsden was perfect. Easy walking distance for my wife to visit.
Easy access to tube stations. Close to London museums.
Good restaurants close by.

Cons:

Storage facilities in lobby were to few.
Water pressure in shower needs increasing.

Comfortable , but not for us. Staying here felt sterile
Pros:

The room was fine, it was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable.It was quiet.

Cons:

We really did not like not having anyone on reception in the morning for checkout and guidance. It felt really sterile.
