Great location and great price for Chelsea London
The mutual spaces and the lobby need to be cleaned better
Very convenient, good value hotel . Perfect for one or a couple of nights . Comfortable room

The Location is ideal and just what I needed for my stay plus the simplicity of check in and PIN number etc
The Lift was broken and was very much in need of renewal or refurbishment
The room itself was clean and well lit. Although small it was comfortable and the toilet and shower were accessible and decent. The door lock security with the pin pads and automatic systems was well organized and secure.
It was close to where I needed to be but, quite isolated from most normal places that would make things easier to live with. Finding places in the area to eat and work proved difficult and a lot of the area is extremely overpriced. I had to be there for work but, it was more difficult staying there as there are very few amenities nearby. The bathtub is very high on the edges and should have a hand rail to get in and out. The weather was fairly constant rain with cold blustery winds so the room was cold. Heating was provided by a lone radiator in the bathroom which I slept next to instead on the bed for warmth.

Good location and comfy bed
Apparently the “standard double rooms” are now in the basement - although as there are only 2 basement rooms I find this hard to believe! Room -02 was dark with no natural light at any time in the day and no window possible to open. Also the bathroom door is right next door to the bed and the glass panel means that any privacy is non existent.
Please be fair and say that these rooms are in the dungeon!
Really not a 4 star hotel as no staff, breakfast no longer (as when it was the My Hotel) - but a comfy bed in a good location and that’s it.
Location is good and lockers
Shower head are tiny with hardly any flow, my sink was blocked on arrival 🥲
You won’t see staff walking around, it’s very much self serve but I’m not sure that’s the right approach given the size of the building.
So easy to check in and out. Very clean!
Rooms weren’t sound proof but it’s fine!
I liked that it was a perfect location for Chelsea Flower Show. You can walk straight there about 15 minutes. The room had air-conditioning which was great, bed was comfortable and the tv was great with Netflix etc.
The bathroom wasn't great. I don't know why you would put a frosted panel on the door to the bathroom, you can still see inside and the loo was facing the door! The shower pressure was terrible, literally a dribble of water.
