Great staff, everything you need close by, my room was very clean and the housekeeping staff always replenished supplies when I asked. Although construction is going on, the place is well keep there is someone always cleaning and taking out the trash.
The location was good and the price was good for what you got
We were there for 3 nights 4 days and no one cleans or even swap your towels out. That was not a very common experience for us staying at hotels. Especially going in and out from the parks. We had sand on the floors from going to different parks and was uncomfortable walking in the room as it was dirty. I had to call and ask for a broom so I can sweep my room myself since I couldn’t stand it.
Location is great, staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean.

Breakfast and dinning area was really nice the service were not so good but I make out the parking was nice and it had a lot of parking space
The room current went off for a while room service was really bad we had no choice but walk up the stairs because the hotel had no current and they was working on the gym it had no gym

Hotel simples, mas com excelente localização, atendimento nota 10, camas confortáveis e banho decente. O café da manhã está incluído e tem boa qualidade. Perto de bares, lojas, restaurantes, sendo possível ir a pé. Estacionamento no local. Em termos de custo/ benefício, super vale a pena. Limpeza excelente. Somente a internet não é muito boa.

The hotel was very old the pictures are not what you get when you get there, the tub was dirty and yellow it was just overall not a good hotel
Everything fix the hotel before you have people in it
Regarding the cost, the price is quite affordable, but it’s not worth it. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired: the bathtub was so dirty that I almost slipped from all the grease on it! In addition, we booked 4 nights for 6 adults. The room had a bunk bed that wasn’t safe, and the weight the bed could support was only 50kg (110 lbs). One of the adults had to sleep on the floor because he was afraid of falling — the bed was wobbly! Another thing I only believed because I saw it with my own eyes: guests leave their trash outside their rooms, by the door. There were several bags in the hallway — unbelievable! We had a terrible night and couldn’t sleep. Four out of the six people in the room were itching all night long. I’m not sure whether the sheets were actually clean, and the mattresses are horrible, uncomfortable, and very noisy!! We requested cancellation of the remaining days and looked for another hotel in the area. We ended up paying for just one night. On top of that, they charged us $100 for insurance without letting us know! We are waiting for a refund for the canceled days and the insurance charge. We’ve been talking with the manager, who has been very attentive and understanding of the situation. I hope the refund goes through and that I won’t need to pursue other ways to get my money back.
