We will be back!
Pros:

Great room, and friendly staff. The hotel was clean and the fitness center was nice.

Cons:

This is just being picky, the location is a bit of a pain when coming in from the south. Also the speed bumps when coming in from the south are gigantic. That would be my only complaint and it really doesn’t have anything to do with the hotel itself.

Pleasant property but nowhere near O'Hare
Pros:

Comfortable bed, quiet room, nice lobby area -- it was a quick stay so I didn't experience much else.

Cons:

I arrived late after a long day of travel and delays. The desk manager was brusk, bordering on rude in the way he answered my basic questions about food, airport transportation, etc. Also, Booking.com listed the hotel as 7mi from O'Hare. It was much further and took and Uber with little traffic about 25 minutes to get there.

Cons:

Well they upgraded my coworker to a suite, didnt upgrade me to a suite, and took water about 25 mins to even get hot water for shower in morning, and the pillows on bed even though there were 4 of them they were useless, AND what makes zero sense, i prepaid for everything. And yet i still charge card $100 and take ur sweet time giving me my money back, still hasnt been credit to my account, i will never still at that location again

Do not stay here
Pros:

Nothing worked in the room the way it should, we had to figure out switches to get our chargers to work. Would not stay here again

Pros:

I liked that it was easy to get to. It is not far from Elmhurst University and most things were under 3 miles away.

Cons:

I had to let them know that the lotion was used and that there was a large spider web in the corner of the room.
