Non respect des réservations
Pros:

Nourriture, lits confortables, chambre propre

Cons:

À l'accueil, on nous a refusé accès à la chambre que nous avions réservée. On nous a demandé d'appeler le service de booking.com nous même pour confirmer la réservation. C'était plutôt difficile, car nous n'avions pas d'abonnement téléphonique pour appeler en provenance du pays où nous étions. Heureusement que nous avons trouvé une ligne 1-800 pour contacter booking.com.
Le service de l'hôtel a finalement donné accès à une chambre, mais inférieure à la valeur de la chambre que nous avions réservée.

I wouldn't stay here on a dare.
Pros:

The first room, (601), I was offered smelled heavily of smoke, and I needed to ask for a new room. The second room (402), was unclean. I found a ball of hair in the bed. The furniture was banged up and damaged. The light on the right side of the bed didn't have a plug for power. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling tile directly over the shower. I checked for a camera, and though there wasn't one, I'm sure it had been there at one point, and the tile was never replaced.

I checked out a day early because I had requested room service to clean the room and provide new towels, but it never happened, and I didn't want to stay another day.

The continental breakfast that was included offered scrambled eggs, sausage, 3 kinds of bread, 3 kinds of cereal, and the employee wanted a tip for a free breakfast.

Pros:

Pictures on the website do not match the property and amenities are very limited. Needs to be inspected and renovated promptly outside and in. Broken receptacle coming off the wall behind the bed being a fire hazard. Shower tub is fragile, water leak all the time in the tub. No paper towel available in the room. Complementary breakfast was served by one staff member only if available. Carpet had bad smell as well. Pros: Good AC, comfortable bed, hot water in shower, close to downtown restaurants and activities.

Pros:

Great location, being close to I-90 and I-87. Close to dining and retail, which is super important to me. My room was not clean. 8”+ long hairs all over the place. I don’t blame management, because they have to have some trust that housekeeping will do their job. The bed was comfortable.

Carpeting everywhere is not clean- hallways, floor rugs & mats, elevator. They definitely need to vacuum a lot more. Presentation is everything.

Terrible arrogant front desk
Pros:

Horrible to get a room that has AC, TV fully functional. No room service. Taking their own time to fix the issues. Rude behaviour of front desk. Empty shower and shampoo bottle. Missing conditioner bottle. No waffle at breakfast on Fridays. Nightmare stay . Don't book for more than two days. They don't change anything.
