La atención en.la recepción, las chicas que limpiaba las habitaciones, todo eso espectacular. Todo muy lindo y las camas exquisitas

Stayed 3 nights. Good mid-town location. Nice lobby and bar.
Pros:

Location was very good for bus and subway access. Easy walk to Grand Central station. The room with queen bed was small but adequate. Bed pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

The tub floor for the shower was not easy to stand in and to stay balanced. It was narrow and had sloped sides.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The service is horrible, staff are rude. The hotel is extremely not clean. No one answer the phone. Getting something as simple as an invoice seems impossible because no one answers the phone nor emails.

Happy to have stayed at The Lexington
Pros:

As above location, breakfast and function were all excellent.

Cons:

Only improvement I could suggest would be to reduce the noise of the air con fan. It has to work quite hard during hot spells and I used ear plugs as a result.

Graat location, super clean, not a comfortable stay for NY summer
Pros:

Location, cleanliness.

Cons:

AC did not work properly during the entirety of the stay even though I asked the front desk to fix it. They stated they would inform engineering but nothing happened. Ice machine in the floor did not work, nor the one 3 levels above it. There was not a sign stating it so.

It was great!!
Pros:

The food was on point, along with the lighting which gave a really great atmosphere at the bar area!! I would definitely come back and stay there next time I visit New york!!

Cons:

Buying drinks tokens only to be told at the last minute they could no longer be used as bar closed early and not able to use them for room service, so therefore lost money!
