Great location, fun decor in lobby, helpful staff and modern rooms
No fridge or coffee machine / amenities in the room
It’s essential to everything I need and I know the area well so that helps.
To be honest, I didn’t like much about the property. The Blinds would open the fridge. They brought me to my room did not work. It was a bit dusty and dirty in there. You contact me reception ringing them. They never answer the phone every time I’ve gone there they never answer an absolute waste of time trying to make contact with them. I went down personally to reception asking them to get someone to change the blinds as they will be open change the curtains made them aware that I’ve been calling and no one came. They didn’t offer me anything in a way of compensation. It is an absolute failure. I had to speak to the manager about it.

tired of the scaffolding - still there after visiting for 3 years; maid service was poor; smaller room which previously didn't bother me; bed was too soft; got literally yelled at by one staff member when doing exactly what another staff member told me to do; - been staying here for 3 years - hotel appears to be going downhill

Location
Room extremely small, AC nos working appropriately with an uncomfortable sound that didn´t let us sleep, smelled like humid, old rug seeming not clean at all.
We asked for a room change, and after 1 night they changed us, but room was still very similar as the first one.
Very expensive for the quality of room
