The staff and let me name them cause at this point they need a raise for over the top excellent greeting and taking care of the guest!!! Mr Marco, Mr Kenny and Ms Chantella made me not want to leave the hotel!!! From the moment we checked in they made my family feel welcome. I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS!!! We was in town for an AAU Basketball tournament. Our group stayed at the lovely hotel with the best staff!!! Our team was pleased. We know when its a tournament where to stay and this is most definitely where we will be staying. Mr Marco we the best!! Mr Marco was our main staff for the weekend cause we was in and out during night due to game times. We absolutely loved him!!! Mr Kenny and Chantella made sure we was comfortable and got what we need as well as Mr Marco!!! If you need a place to stay while in Chesterfield Mo this is the place to stay. Great rooms and Great Staff!!!

I have absolutely no complaints!!! Well I will say the pool closing time could of been later, other than that loved the hotel and staff!!

FANTASTIC, will be my hotel any time I visit this city going forward.
Pros:

I travel constantly for work; this is one of the cleanest and nicest hotels I have stayed in.
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Booked a suite with king bed and put in queen. Later moved to king studio which was very small. With 2 dogsand 2 adults, had I known, I would not stay here. Was told it was an issue with bookin.com.

Cons:

Dirty - hair and dirty in the corners of bathroom.

Requested king - got a queen. I tried to talk to the staff, and they said I got a king unless there were two beds in the room. There were willing to even discuss.
