FANTASTIC, will be my hotel any time I visit this city going forward.
Pros:

I travel constantly for work; this is one of the cleanest and nicest hotels I have stayed in.
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Booked a suite with king bed and put in queen. Later moved to king studio which was very small. With 2 dogsand 2 adults, had I known, I would not stay here. Was told it was an issue with bookin.com.

Cons:

Dirty - hair and dirty in the corners of bathroom.

Requested king - got a queen. I tried to talk to the staff, and they said I got a king unless there were two beds in the room. There were willing to even discuss.

Nice hotel, Amazing staff. Call ahead to double check about your room.

They were absolutely amazing

Cons:

Booked a king suite
Had a queen bed and full size pull out couch
And no other rooms were available
The staff was great
But I still had to sleep on a pull out couch
