, shower head old, tub plug non functional- filled w water when showering. Mentioned to receptionist / did not offer any discount, & also tried to put us in a different room than what we booked on line,

Great! Nice hotel and facilities.
Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom is very dull. It would be nice if you put daylight bulbs in there, it is so dark. Also, the smell was not the best in the room, It smelled like old shoes.

price for one night and clarification when checking in and out.
Cons:

The price for one night, I misunderstood the price and thought I was booked for two night. When I returned for the second night they had my belonging at the front desk, The Front desk staff was not helpful and did not explain a lot.

It was fine for what we were there for

Cons:

Breakfast not good options,
The carpet wasn't finished or it had been cut too short around the edges so it was dirty. Also the wallpaper looked like it had some stains on it that were painted over with paint really weird

It worked for what we needed it to.
Pros:

I liked everything but didn’t love anything. The pool was nice.

Cons:

The hot tub was aged and looked a little molded. It was warm but not hot. The bed was super firm and the pillows were a mix of super soft and super firm. The TVs offered some cable channels but no streaming services.
