The entrance to the reception is maybe hard to find.
There is free parking with video surveillance near the property.
Daily towel change and basic cleaning such as emptying trash cans.
The apartment offers basic amenities... a refrigerator, a kettle and a small stove.
I walking distance is a supermarket and some small restaurants.

Cons:

There is no elevator, the stairs are very narrow and steep.
