Great Location. Always Have a Good Time in Chico
Pros:

We like to stay here with our granddaughters who live in Chico. Location is great.

Cons:

The hot tub and pool were not available so they gave us permission to use the neighboring facilities at Katarina. Beautiful.

Comfortable Hotel
Pros:

We spent one night here. The lobby is clean and the front desk staff were very friendly.
Our room was on the top floor facing the pool, and it was very quiet.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 has to do with the food.
We went to happy hour, which is a wonderful thing that Oxford Suites does. Each guest over 21 gets a free drink (wine, beer, spirits.)
They have ‘light’ snacks available. There was a small salad bar, which was fresh and nice. The only other option was chips & salsa. While the chips were fine, the salsa was absolutely nasty tasting. I don’t recommend eating it.

Then there was breakfast. They had eggs, french toast and sausage patties. They also had hard boiled eggs, breads and I think cereal, and yogurt. My husband opted for eggs & french toast. Unfortunately they were barely lukewarm.
I asked for an omelette, which is one of the options. The lady behind the counter rolled her eyes at me and made a frustrated sound. Obviously she didn’t want to make omelets! As you can imagine, this did not give me a warm fuzzy feeling.
I did tell the front desk about the breakfast issues when we checked out. They said that they would speak to the breakfast staff. I really hope they did.

A comfortable one-night family stay in a clean, spacious double-room suite.
Pros:

We stayed for one night as a family in a double-room suite, and it was a great experience. Staff were friendly and polite The suite had lots of space, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and perfect for a family stay. Even though it was a short visit, we all really enjoyed it and would definitely consider staying again.

25 years in the same hotel for jr high honor band.
Pros:

They were very helpful, even though there was only one person at the counter checking people in. As a result, there was a line .

Room was well appointed, bed comfortable and appreciate the pet friendly policy.

Cons:

I have never stayed at a hotel that offered bkft so late; typically 6 so you can get out the door. We came for a tourney and hubby wasn't able to eat before he needed to leave and I came back after dropping him off and there was a huge line so I just grabbed fruit and a muffin~not what I was hoping for.

It was clean, quiet, I really liked the staff, one lady in particular was very helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Typical hotel food, tasted good, plenty of it and very clean. We brought our dog. She was met with a healthy dental treat for a welcome. One very nice staff lady brought me a poo bag when I needed a 2nd one on our walk about. She was so kind and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean. No carpet! which I love the nice clean floors. I will stay there every time I go to Chico.

No fan in the bathroom
