The place was amazing with the huge lounge with different stations to eat! And the pool was nice!

The Staff was amazing at the desk!! They helped us with getting family members close to our room!!

Cons:

The bathrooms don't have exhaust fans. And the second day I didn't have any wash clothes ,so I used a hand towel to was with.

The room and bathroom especially smelled of cigarette smoke. The room overall was very dirty musty smelling. There was thick dust in the headboards of both beds. The shower and sink were not well cleaned. The carpets could use some care as they feel sticky. I was thankful I brought house slippers. The comfort inn in Troy is so much nicer. That is where we typically stay. I assumed this one would be equally nice and since our business was actually in Piqua we decided to give it a shot. We booked through a third party or I would have just left got my money back and went to Troy!

My experience
Pros:

I liked that it was a smooth easy check in & out & that it was attached to the mall so lots of stuff to eat/do especially if you have a child with you .the hot breakfast in the morning was awesome as well. Also house keeper was great !!

The night time staff was always following you around so you felt uncomfortable, the day staff was kinda snooty and rude ...

Cons:

Housekeeping made our family feel rushed, as we were walking out of our room to check on other family members, they asked if we were done in the room, and we were not packed up. We still had two hours until check out.
