It was good, but the doors really needed painting to look more professional and presentable

Need a fork but staff would not accommodate it, even though they were still doing breakfast but could still have given me something to eat with. I guess it was close to closing for breakfast but it wasn’t like I was asking for food.

Good place to srop at while traveling.
Pros:

Location was convention. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was average. Decent place.

Cons:

They ran out of apple juice and bacon and staff was notified but they did not seem to care.

My wife is highly allergic to dogs. Which is why we choose to stay in a hotel. The policy said no pets allowed but clear

It looked nice from the outside . Staff were nice

Cons:

Deceiving. Walking through the lobby, there were huge stains and ripped cushions throughout the lobby on the way to the elevator . Rooms smelled like wet dogs and were not clean

I'm willing to consider coming here again.
Pros:

Enjoyed the breakfasts that I had.
Bed in the room was very comfortable!

Cons:

The brick path from the Handicapped Parking is very uneven.
This is hard to handle if you have mobility issues!

Great location, friendly staff but needs some work on the actual facility.
Pros:

It was close to the funeral service I had to attend.

Cons:

I didnt have any toilet paper i had to borrow from a relative that was in the room next to me. The bed was way to soft and lumpy. It was squeaky as if people had been jumping on that bed. The mattress needs to be replaced.

Cons:

We parked by a side door across from our room but key card wasn’t working. When I called the front desk she said go through the front door and I asked why it wasn’t working she didn’t say anything. I’m handicapped and we had unloaded all our stuff up to this door She was not helpful. My husband walked all the way around the bldg and let me in.
