Great hotel and location. But whole experience soured over check in issue and how it was handled.
Pros:

Rooms were nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Good location.

Cons:

Booked through travago. Money was paid. Had confirmation code email and receipt. Check in was at 3. Didn’t get let into room until 5 because your hotel didn’t like what travago charged me. So instead of letting us in room they made us wait two hours until they got it worked out with Travago. Your partnership with travago is out of my control and not my problem. My family should have been able to check in and not wait for two hours in lobby because crown plaza had an issue with a third party they work with. Really poor customer service and dissatisfied greatly.
