It was decent

Towels were stained. Burn holes in blanket and cover.
Bad painting and patching
AC didn’t work in the room. Blood stains on wall.
You could tell that they had upgraded some furniture but over all pretty bad

This location definitely needs to replace their Towels as they are not white anymore, they're gross looking! Our bedspread in a non smoking room had cigarette burn holes. & the Breakfast was SAD! No kind of bread other than waffles, fresh fruit, or juice available and the milk spout didnt look like it had been cleaned in forever. Literally 2 kinds of cereal, waffles, and some yogurt

Absolutely filthy. I only gave it 1 star to be able to rate it, but it deserves ZERO stars. Room was filthy. “Breakfast” was a granola bar or an apple. Pipes were exposed and rattled in the bathroom. Close this place down.

I came expecting a swimming pool that was advertised on their website that was nonexistent. That is false advertising. I also requested a non smoking room and my room reeked of cigarettes from the time I got there till the time I left. If I wanted to smell cigarettes, I would’ve asked for a smoking room. The bed was comfortable enough the bathroom door had lots of scratches and stuff in it. The complementary breakfast was almost nonexistent as they were out of just about everything by 9 o’clock. It was supposed to go till 930. When I came, they were out of plates, etc. and when I needed a personal toiletry item, I was told they were out of that too. Just not that nice of a hotel for the price. You can do better than I know I can do better for a two star hotel. This was on the low end. If I ever go to this town again, I’ll book at the Holiday Express or the Clarion. Disappointing experience.

Location is great close to everything.

Carpet had burns. Shower didnt work, barely had any water.

The location was great for food options & stores.

The sheets was dirty the toilet had toilet paper in it floor was soaked messed up my work clothes I would like some of my money back I'll never stay there again the come to your room before 10 they enter before knocking it was terrible 😭😔

The room was dirty the sheets looked like someone just threw them on the bed and left. I had to go to the Dollar Tree around the corner to buy cleaning supplies. The toilet had bowel movement still on it. The carpet was wet from the AC UNIT. The felt I was taking bed bugs home with me. The tub was not cleaned out at all. Still had dirty and grime all over the inside. Just very disappointing. Couldn’t even sleep was truly unbelievable.

Traveled with the family. Smelled old, humidity and the worst: strong smell of smoke and M@R1HU@N@… even though our reservation asked for non smoking!

Room looked dirty, walls with stains and dusty all the way, tub had a faucet licking our whole stay.

A/C was nice but smelled so much like mold and smoke.

If we had payed the fee ($2.60x person) for a hassle free refund, we would’ve had cancelled and stayed somewhere else.

The bathroom was small and the pull out sofa bed was rusty and unable to use

This was the worse Quality Inn ive ever seen and honestly if it wasnt for my pure exhaustion at 1am when we finally arrived, I would not have stayed. The staff was nice, but the room we were assigned too was awful and i just didnt have it in me to go elsewhere. It does seem that they use the backside upstairs rooms often at all and it showed. When we first walked in, it was hotter in the room than outside and smelled of smoke & weed. I went to use the restroom after an 8 hour roadtrip and shower floor was black and someone else’s toothpaste spit was on the counter. This prompted a trip to speedway for surface cleaner, bleach, & paper towels. The nightstands and all surfaces were sticky. I ended up cleaning the room myself. I honestly didnt have another place to go since I hadnt slept or cash since i had paid to stay here. Ive stayed at several Quality Inns, and while I didnt expect the Hampton, theyve always been clean until now. I shared a couple of pictures, but not the furniture surfaces or lack of vacuuming.

No Quality about it. Front desk nice but the facility is run down, needs a deep clean or rebuild. Only there for 2 nights and my family were counting the time until we left. Picture online give a false depiction. If I hadn’t paid upfront and came from a long drive , I wouldn’t have stayed there.

Fast and furious quick checking in and out. No problem there.

Rooms are dirty, smell bad with smoke and marijuana. Carpet was sticky and dirty not vacuumed. Smoke detectors was cover with plastic. Just nasty.

I had a roach in my bathroom. The towels were dirty and the blanket had lipstick on it. The pillow cases were covered in stains. Asking for a refund. NEVER STAY THERE!

Room smelled musty. Air conditioner, slow to cool, was very loud. No AC in lobby. Soda machine did not work with cash or card. Mattress was comfortable.

Needs interior paint, laminant floor, new bed/pillows/sheets. I might would even pay more to stay at this nice, quiet property with the great staff if updates were made. The really nice service was the best part. Great staff.

Sad conditions. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. Towels were gray and washcloths looked like scrub rags. Morning breakfast was sparse. Bathroom in lobby was only open to employees

2nd stay was alot better than 1st stay
