B2 Hat Yai Premier Hotel

We stayed here for 4 nights. The location is great. The hotel occupancy was full throughout our stay. There's complimentary parking available. Only downside was the toilet has a very bad smell. It is even worse when we return to the hotel at night and have to live with the smell. We had to buy an air refreshner from the supermarket to tackle the problem. It must be from the sewerage or the pipe. We did gave feedback to the hotel. They sprayed but the smell will return aft 10-15 minutes. The wifi connectivity is weak. But we cant do much for the price we paid. It is a 3 star hotel.

Easy to travel

Average stay. Not that clean with unpleasant smell. Lots people smoking in the hotel area outside the entrance who still carry the cigarette smell with them when inside the hotel.

The hotel is located in the centre of the City. Wheelchair friendly and quite peacefull. Recomended. Just walk to the asian night market n greenway ☺️

It is recommended to choose this Hotel to avoid busy traffic of Hatyai and if you have your own transport. Otherwise you need to get tuk tuk service which is always available in front of the hotel.

Deposit required as 500bath, please make sure you prepare that much money as other hotel normally only ask for 200bath.

The room is clean and big. I booked luxury triple room and it is very good. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable.

This hotel only have one elevator. It cannot fit a big group.

Special mention to Mr Sunan for his exemplary service. He gave us recommendations on what we can do during our stay in Hatyai. We enjoyed our time and stay! If you are looking for a stop over accommodation before traveling north, do consider B2.

It is quiet can't hear the fire crackers sound during this CNY festival.. Got ants in the rooms.

The location is good, close to Songkhla hosp. and PSU, not crowded. The cleanness was not bad. I was there for 3 nights with 3 people but I got just 1 key card. Even the staffs said that I can ask the receptionist to open the door anytime but I found this is not convenience for all of us.

The hotel room was in a decent state - it looked new and pretty clean. Basic in-room amenities, such as a hair dryer, mini fridge, kettle, etc, were provided and working well (except for the WiFi), but no coffee/tea sachets, which most hotels provide. The air-conditioner was good!

Biggest complaint for us is the non-existent WiFi. It was supposed to be provided in the rooms, but it was impossible to even connect to the network.

Reception staff were friendly and pleasant.

the sunset view on the window is no joke. hotel was located near to the city centre. Almost all tuk tuk driver know where this hotel is located at. Near to Diana mall. 10 mins walk to Greenway Market.

Minus point: no iron provided.

First time here, nothing much walking distance. Mostly have to drive out. Staffs are friendly and can speak some English and malay.

The pillows in the room are sickening, it's very uncomfortable and neck will ache in the morning.

Luxury triple room is really awesome, except for the pillows.

Everything is good,but hotel wifi a bit sucks

This is the most worthy hotel that I could find in HatYai

Nice & comfortable hotel. Only complain is the bathroom downlight can't be switch off. The glaring from the light is very obvious coz the upper part of the bathroom is make of glass. Otherwise is a good no frill hotel with basic ammenities..

Modern design, new and well located hotel. Even local people are staying there. Parking lots available.
