Pros:

駅や商業施設から近く買い出しがとても便利でした！
シングルのお部屋でしたが圧迫感がなくちょうど良かったです。
クローゼットに掛けてあったバスローブが紐でグルグルに縛ってあったのが面白かったよ！

Cons:

遅くまで廊下でガタガタと物音がして気になりました。
お値段の割に朝食のクオリティが低くてガッカリでした。
冷蔵庫のドアが開く向きと、キャビネットが開く向きが逆だったので、開ける度に間違えてしまいました。
