ロケーションとしては、駅から近いので良かった。
Pros:

大崎駅と連絡橋で直結していてキャリーケースを動かすのが楽でした。

Cons:

部屋の空気清浄機のフィルターが汚れていた。
タバコを吸わないけど喫煙の部屋が安かったので泊まったのですが、その部屋の前の廊下からタバコ臭かった。
ホテルのフロント横のレストランが無くなるのは、安全、安心を求める高齢者や女性客にとってどうなのかと思いました。この辺りはオフィス街なので土日は場所によってはひっそりして暗い道が多く、夜1人で女性が外食するのは怖かった。

Convenient location with great service
Pros:

Convenient location with great service. Appreciated having an air filter in the room too. The breakfast buffet was yummy and had many options. One of the nicest features is that the complex also has a grocery store, many restaurants and a nearby Lawson's and train station.

冷蔵庫以外は良かった。
Pros:

お部屋が広かった。

Cons:

冷蔵庫が壊れてて、別の物に交換したがサイズが合わず同じ場所に設置できず、コーヒーメーカーがある棚にしか置けず、胸辺りの位置まであり、子供達が居たので開けるたびに動くしとても危なかった。

場所重視だったので満足でした
Pros:

メッセージでの連絡がスムーズに取れて助かりました。問いかけに対しても選択肢を教えてもらえて良かったです。

Cons:

建物自体が古いのは仕方ないとして、入り口付近に旅行客のスーツケースがたくさん置かれててぶつかりそうで危なかったです。
