ホテル泊が大好きな孫が満足していたのでそれだけで嬉しいです。
Pros:

ベッドのマットレスと枕がとても快適で熟睡できました。

Cons:

4人で宿泊しましたが、朝食券が一枚しかいただけず、朝食時に気付き無事に4人とも食べる事が出来ましたが、チェックイン時の会計の時に私も確認するべきでした。
朝食バイキングはもっとスムーズに流れたら良かったと思います。

I'd stay again for the location alone!
Pros:

Excellent location beside a lovely river walk and yamanote line train right out front!

Cons:

Air conditioning was just a floor unit so not enough cooling.

Pros:

Room was great- clean, spacious enough (four single beds). Staff explained things in English. Buffet breakfast had lots of options and had ingredient cards by each dish detailing allergens in that dish. My friends successfully avoided gluten and dairy , getting enough to eat with no ill effects. Parking under hotel is expensive, but reasonable for Tokyo and convenient. Right next to Osaki station with the Yamanote line among others.

Cons:

No complaints at all.
