Pros:

Location was the best. Just outside Osaki station which is only 1 station away from Shinagawa. Very easy to travel to any place including Shinkansan.

Cons:

Very compact bathroom, but manageable as they clean daily and re stock toiletries and towels.

13樓房間感覺挺新的、窗外景色不錯。飯店附近有大型超市和藥妝，採買十分便利。 唯有空調設備老舊無法自行調節溫度，房內較爲悶熱。

Pros:

駅からのアクセスがとても良い。
予約時と条件の違う部屋に変更でしたが、とても快適でゆっくり過ごせました。

Cons:

アメニティーバーが閉まっていた。なので、ヘアゴムが欲しかったけど、あるかどうかも見れなかった。

駅からすぐの落ち着いたお得なホテル
Pros:

駅に近くお部屋も落ち着いている。
朝食も美味しく、種類も豊富で美味しい。テレビも大きく見やすい。
ホテル近くに、食事処やコンビニもあり夕食も安心。

Cons:

３人で泊まったが、歯ブラシは白だけでなく色違いが欲しい。

Comfortable, convenient and budget friendly.
Pros:

The property is very conveniently located with proximity to multiple train lines - including the Yamanote line. There is a full supermarket on the ground level along with other shops and restaurants.
