The hotel is very near the JR station. Room is quite spacious. There is a lot of sakura in the river nearby.

The hotel is quite outdated. The bed is quite hard and the decoration is old-fashioned. It needs to be renovated.

Pros:

Location was the best. Just outside Osaki station which is only 1 station away from Shinagawa. Very easy to travel to any place including Shinkansan.

Cons:

Very compact bathroom, but manageable as they clean daily and re stock toiletries and towels.

13樓房間感覺挺新的、窗外景色不錯。飯店附近有大型超市和藥妝，採買十分便利。 唯有空調設備老舊無法自行調節溫度，房內較爲悶熱。

Pros:

駅からのアクセスがとても良い。
予約時と条件の違う部屋に変更でしたが、とても快適でゆっくり過ごせました。

Cons:

アメニティーバーが閉まっていた。なので、ヘアゴムが欲しかったけど、あるかどうかも見れなかった。
