Comfy and convenient stay with a touch of odd
Pros:

Newer hotel. Clean and comfy

Cons:

No hooks in the room to hang anything (towels, jackets). We had to buy temporary command hooks to use.

Dishwasher wasn't wirking and sink didn't drain. They fixed upon request however. The fridge was all dented I. The front. Looked weird. And the shower curtain was too short creating a mess in the bathroom each time we showered. Also no art on the walls making the room look bare and uninviting.

Lastly the maintenance guy was a bit creepy and maybe just autistic but did and said things that made us feel we wanted to avoid him. He was also around our floor at all times whether it was 2am or 3pm. Odd

Stay here if you want Bed Bugs
Pros:

I stayed here November 18-20 for a business trip. Someone from my company stays here at least once a month. We normally like this hotel due to the amenities and the convivence of restaurants in the area, however this past trip was a nightmare. I always check beds when I arrive for traces of bed bugs. This is something I always do no matter what hotel I stay in. I didn't see any signs of them. I slept there one night and when I retuned the next day, there on the corner of my bed was a bed bug. I'm not sure if the cleaning staff brought them in or if I didn't see them when I first arrived. I quickly collected my things and went down to the lobby where they checked me out and asked if I wanted a different room. The staff there was nice and helped me review my next room. The next morning when I was getting ready, I also noticed that the face cleaner was moldy. Upon checkout, I again told staff how displeased I was with my stay due to the bug issue. They apologized and told me they would make a note of it. There has not been a single contact from hotel management about this issue. They also didn't comp my room for my inconvenience. I'm not willing to risk the chance of bed bugs and this trip has ruined my desire to ever stay here again.

Everything you want in a midrange hotel
Pros:

Nice clean hotel. Everything looks new. Room was very comfortable with nice kitchen setup. I would go out of my way to stay here!

Cons:

The roll out bed was awful. Bar hit when slept in it and mattress was uncomfortable. Next time will ask for two beds if available.

Best Hotel Ever!
Pros:

This is a great hotel! One of the best hotels I’ve ever been in! Layout is so wonderful and I love having the kitchen! Everyone is also so friendly! Thank you for providing a great stay!

They charge a daily parking fee that shows as "valet parking" but there is no valet snd they dont even confirm your plates or have a locked parking lot.
