Perfect location for me.
Pros:

Typical free hotel breakfast, but good coffee and excellent view of DC. Short walk to the metro. Walkable neighborhood. I will be going back.

Great!
Pros:

Great breakfast with a view of the Washington Monument and Capital! Good resturants withing walking distance and only short Uber rides to all the Washington DC Monuments.

Cons:

I didn't know that there was not maid service everyday but they are willing to come whenever you request.

Comfortable, convenient hotel near the metro
Pros:

Very convenient location that made it easy to get around, especially since it was so close to the metro. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and breakfast was decent as well.

Cons:

I thought that charging $20 per night for parking was a little silly. If I'm already paying for a room, I shouldn't have to pay to park my car as well. If you want to stay here, I'd recommend just flying into DC instead.

Pros:

It was very easy to get to all the sites and restaurants.

Cons:

The breakfast was boring the same thing every day more or less. No options for a vegetarian really unless you love pancakes a lot.

The location.

Cons:

The air conditioning filter in the room was disgusting. We could see it because the door was ajar. The room was very dark; it needs more lights. The mattress was very hard. We rented two rooms and both were in the same condition. The garage is really inconvenient.
