Way overpriced for the service you get and conditions.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. No to go items so make time.

Cons:

The cleaning staff was nice and friendly. The front desk staff was not friendly and some front staff bordered on confrontational.

It was okay and the price was good compared to other places in Arlington and DC.
Pros:

The bed was comfy and clean. The breakfast was pretty good, lots of choices. The hotel location was near Arlington which is why we chose it. Staff was very nice and we liked the snack bar. It was also nice to be able to do laundry - very helpful.

Cons:

We wished breakfast went until 10:00 instead of 9:00. We didn't like the fact that there was very little toilet paper (our reservation was for a week). I also felt a bit misled that the ad for the hotel said "restaurant" ... I wanted to be able to go to a restaurant for dinner, but really all it offered was breakfast for 3 hours, which is not the same. The kitchen in the room did not have enough silverware (plates for 3, cups and glasses for 2, silverware for 1).

Big hotel in a great location.
Pros:

location was great. Had laundry facilities. Staff were friendly enough, bed was comfy and clean. Breakfast was ok and changed each day, just got quite busy at times.

Cons:

Hotel was a let down, photos made it look better than it was, it was very old and tired, the room was clean but felt grubby, very old decor in the room espcially the kitchen area, the cutlery drawer was dirty, carpet was tired and flat and when we walked in there was an awful smell.

Pros:

Velmi pohodlná postel, která nebyla měkká jako v ostatních ubytováních. Dostatečný tlak vody ve sprše. Snídaně celkem ok.

Cons:

Museli jsme zaplatit tři depozity za jeden pokoj kvůli poruše systému. Nápomocní lidé z recepce nam pomohli problém vyřešit.

Buon prezzo ma non certo 4 stelle
Pros:

La posizione è piuttosto comoda alla metro, ci sono solo 5 minuti a piedi un po’ in salita

Cons:

Purtroppo 2 ascensori su 3 erano guasti;
Il lavandino si intasava molto facilmente;
Il corridoio non era molto profumato e gli arredi abbastanza antiquati.
Sicuramente non un 4 stelle ma massimo 3

Simple easy going. Little hard to sleep.
Pros:

Breakfast was a hit every morning, staff was wonderful.

Cons:

The vents were not cleaned, covered in dust. The elevator was small and slow only part of them worked.. extremely hot at night.

Great breakfast but facility maintenance needed
Pros:

The hotel offers a daily hot breakfast with a nice view from the top floor, has larger than average rooms with kitchenettes, and has a small gym.

Cons:

I’ve stayed here twice but the first stay went better. This time there were problems with the air conditioning not working in July, poor water pressure in the shower, and virtually no hot water - I tried various times during the day and night. The king bed felt old and saggy to me. This time the price was higher and with the inconvenience of being farther from DC attractions, the value just wasn’t there this time.
