Naiya Beach Bungalow

Before booking here look at all other options. This place is very expensive for what you get. We paid NZD 100 per night for one of their new rooms. It is small but clean and tidy. No tea coffee milk etc is provided. One micro sized soap bar was provided. No ice, drinks of any sort or restaurant services available on site. Reception only available between 2pm and 5pm. Location is not on the beach as implied. It is a very steep long walk to the beach. The shower is very weak. We had safety concerns as when you switch the hot water on the lights dimmed. It seems that the electric water heater may have a safety problem. There are also lots of mosquitoes, these are a real problem. With dengue fever and malaria in the region one must take special care. There are also no other facilities on site such as a pool, bar, deck, etc. It's a very basic setup at a very high price.

Super, super sauber, sehr ruhige Anlage, Besitzerin ist sehr motiviert hat unsere Taxi Abholung vom Flughafen organisiert. Leder hat eine verlängerung nicht geklappt war schon ausgebucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

The potential is huge, but bungalowes are really to old and comunal areas not as they must be ther is a point view to the bay not a seat the floor is all broke. The owner of this acomodation must be punish and find. He owns a fantadtic spot nice quiet area,walk to a great beach Yanui, to a temple light house with amazing sunset view. A super cool bar just 60 metter away if going via garden and jumping fence
But is no charm no hommy no idea take away from that owner.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns bei allen Anliegen sofort geholfen.
Wir konnten auch ganz entspannt einen Roller über die Unterkunft mieten.
Die ganze Anlage war super ruhig und friedlich.
Wer es ruhiger mag und gerne etwas abseits vom Trubel ist, wird sich dort bestimmt wohl fühlen.

So quiet and peaceful. Actually feels like you are no where near a city

mosy chill eoven bungalow with plumbing and a fan. so quiet to rest. comfortable. essy going. great location. near the sunset phnom . and the beach is do vlose to walk. rent kayak for an jour. so chill.

Отличное место. Территория - будто живешь в заповеднике. Цветущие деревья и птицы поют. Мы жили в бунгало с кондиционером. Очень хорошее постельное белье и удобные матрасы. Рекомендую

Never stayed at a bungalow before... I'm a resort type of person. But this stay opened my mind to simple and yet surreal stay. So quiet and peaceful. Can do all the active stuff out in the city and return to the bungalow to sit at our balcony and talk about our day over beer or coffee was awesome! I'd definitely book it again!

We are thankful to M. Chin and his family to maintain the environment around Naya bungalows green and pristine. The Bungalows are built on a hill in a forest, trees and plants are preserved. The amenities are minimalistic, but very comfortable because the windows keep the breeze active and there is nothing more wonderful than listening to the Andaman sea waves during the night and the birds waking you up in the morning.

What a great quiet place to get away from the hustle and tourists. Everything close rent a scooter was a great way to save time on the hilly terain.

You want a Quiet little beach away from the zoo of tourists, traffic jams...go here

This place was amazing. It was simple and perfect for relaxation. One of the best beaches in the area is just down the hill about 5 min walk. You don’t need AC, I barely even used the fan!

I really liked the location which was near an excellent beach and one of the top views. There was an excellent an very modern restaurant called sommers which also had remarkable views. The bungalows themselves had all the essentials and were cleaned up by staff daily. The tropical suite and trees on the grounds were also a plus.

Die Rezeption war leider nur teilweise besetzt, aber telefonisch erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich.
Ein paar Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, leider nach Sonnenuntergang schon geschlossen.

The bungalows are basic, but super clean, sheets and cleaning daily, reception was extremely helpful with all our needs requests

Wonderful small hotel with individual bungalows. I stayed in one of the white newer ones which was lovely. Had AC but not sure the older bungalows do.
Short walk to a lovely beach and a few restaurants but it is uphill on the way back.
I definitely would stay again. I was away during the day and had sliding doors closed with AC on, but there is a gin range nearby and you hear shots for a considerable amount of time during the day. Did not bother me.

Great views and bungalow. The busy road down to beach/restaurants made dangerous walking.
Shame they have outside dining. But don’t sell drinks coffee water etc. would like to see this.

I did like the Bungalow, the bed wasn't the most comfortable, the ceiling fan was running the wrong direction (pulling air up and not blowing down), and there was no hot water for the shower. However, for the price and the location, it is quite nice. I would probably reserve one of the nicer units with air conditioning and hot water next time though. Overall would still recommend if you just want a clean, budget friendly place to sleep and you don't mind the warm weather and cold showers 👍

We upgraded to the newer, air-conditioned cottages, which are clean, modern, and comfortable. The original bungalows are sweet, but we needed a break from the heat! The resort is beautifully treed, surrounded by well-kept grounds, set high in the canopy. It's well-run by friendly and helpful staff; Manager Grace has been incredibly helpful in providing information and arranging transport for our day trips and evenings out. The nearest beach, Yanui, is easily walkable but quite busy, particularly on the weekend. The town of Yanui provides restaurants, laundry, scooter rental, and other services. In the other direction, it's a short uphill walk to Phromtep Cape, with its spectacular views and and cultural import. Near the Cape you will find Summore Day Cafe, a modern restaurant with air-conditioned indoor area and massive decks for watching the sunset. The Cafe is surrounded by beautiful Japanese-inspired gardens, which can be explored at leisure. The fusion menu is limited, but the food is excellent!

Nai Harn beach (our favourite so far in Phuket), with restaurants and other services steps away, is a short (200THB) taxi or tuktuk ride away. Rawai is just a 20 minute walk away (30 minutes to the seafood market). From Rawai, tours and boat trips to nearby islands are easily accessible.

Very helpful staff. Good stay.
