Camere carine, hotel ben posizionato. Il servizio clienti potrebbe essere migliore.
Pros:

La stanza molto ampia, bagno nuovo, molto carino fatto bene anche il lavandino e gli specchi. Posizione buona per andare a piedi verso Gaslamp.

Cons:

Parcheggio a pagamento, 25 $ al giorno. Ci siamo organizzati per mettere la macchina all’interno solamente un giorno e alla fine ci hanno addebitato comunque quando siamo andati anche le altre quote., e non rispondono da booking.

Unbelievable no staff at property or was sleeping and couldn’t check in
Pros:

Didn’t get to see the property! We booked a room and took an Uber to the hotel and no one was there. Called multiple times and no one answered. We had to walk down the street and book another hotel.

Cons:

No one was there could not check in!!

Location of the hotel is good. Room is clean.

Cons:

Unexpected of $25 parking fee which is not mentioned when booked with Booking.com.

The most important thing is that we couldnt sleep well that night because the room next to us turn on music very loudly until 3am in the morning, they kept moving the chair in their room. I went to reception but nobody there to help.

Great location for public transport, helpful & unhelpful staff, no nearby real restaurants at night
Pros:

The evening staff person Alex was extremely helpful. He carried our bags to our room and tried to get the TV to work, unsuccessfully. He tried to move us to another room but the rooms with 2 beds were all booked.

Cons:

The staff person in the morning , Mark,told us he would find us a better room not on the 2nd floor since my friend had a suitcase A room had been reserved for us in my advance registration but he dropped that reservation. By the time we returned to the hotel at 5 pm there was only one room left and the day person had not passed on our paperwork to the night guy. When we checked out he was rude about helping with the bags. He only helped my friend on the stairs and even though I had carried my backpack down amyself nd wanted to go into the office to wait, But he insisted on locking the the door while he carried the bag whichleft me standing outside with my backpack. THe location is good for access to transport but very bad for finding restaurants other than fast food in the evening and with no TV it left us with little to do in the evening since , as two females, we did not want to walk around by ourselves in the rather empty streets in a city we did not know. It was not a pleasant evening.
