Pros:

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was better than expected.

Cons:

Road noise, this town has lots of folks who like loud mufflers. The air conditioner wasn't loud enough to drown out the noise and so would recommend asking for a room away from the gas station next door. The box spring was squeaky and the mattress soft and sloped so had to move closer to the middle of the bed to be more comfortable and not feel like I was rolling out of bed.

I like the desk person had already received my request for supplemental blankets and had them on the bed waiting for us. because we have paid online.They were ready with our cards and our receipt.As soon as we walked in the door. Very pleasant , very informative , answered questions about the area for me

The area is convenient to where I was traveling to.

Drug deals in the parking lot. Trash everywhere. I was almost scared to get out of the car.

Cannot beat the price point and clean room. The place could do with some maintenance fix up overall however at this price point it was a great stay. Clean comfortable bed, room and bathroom. Location is perfect too.

Cons:

It needs some exterior and interior maintenance given wear and tear and age of motel. Also didn't like the bins in the elevator passages as this made it smell unnecessarily.
