Everything
The breakfast was great and the staff was nice.
Very dated and needs a good deep cleaning.
Excellent location
Facilities were run down, hallways smelled and room was musty despite running the air conditioner nonstop. Lighting in rooms was insufficient.
Quiet location and near Shenandoah NP
Seemed a bit run down
Saubere Zimmer, gutes Angebot beim Frühstück, freundliches Personal, Gelegenheit zum Abendessen (Thai) im Haus :)
Close to town and restaurants
Nothing
Great pool, clean rooms

Needs a update
Nothing we left
Our room had a door with a significant gap that affects privacy/security, I could see outside on the main road. There was paint splattered down the curtains, mould in the bathroom, cigarette burns around the bath and the room smelt of cigarette smoke. We reported these issues to reception, we were offered another room, but it was just as bad.
We left as I could not have let my children sleep in there.
I have requested a refund but so far no reply.
The location was convenient.
Breakfast was lacking. Dining room was not clean! Fried eggs were rubbery, Signs posted all over the dining room to not take food to your room unless you paid $25. I mean, my Dad has a hard time getting around and I would have liked to bring him some cereal and yogurt to eat in the room, but not for $25!
On the way to the dining room, we passed the ice machine. I cannot believe it would ever pass a health inspection.
Convenience to the national park and historic district
The door didn’t close good at all. If it had weather stripping we wouldn’t have had a bunch of flys coming in.
The building is old and rather dated. But, it was clean and the room had a large refrigerator and a microwave. Perfect for our ten day stay. It was the second cheapest motel in front royal. So, any minor issues were worth the low price. Breakfast was included and better than we expected. Eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, cereal, pastries, and juice.
The room obviously hadn't been occupied for a while, it smelled musty. But, after the first day running the A/C it was fine.
