There were signs saying they were updating, but there was no working elevator, and to even get to the first floor rooms you had to climb stairs from the lobby if you couldn’t do stairs, you would have to go outside all the way around the building and in a side door. When I checked in he kept saying I needed to park around back, where it was incredibly dark. I asked about the empty ones on the side under the street lamp and he reluctantly said it was okay. The door to the room stuck and was hard to make sure it was latched. The tub was not cleaned because there was an old bar of soap on top of the shampoo dispensers. The floor had not been vacuumed because I found dried dirt clots. The mattress was not top quality . For the price I paid I would expect at least those things. I feel like the price point was more fair to be around $70 a night not over $150.
The hotel never mentioned on their website that they are remodeling, updating or any indication of such.
I do not recommend this hotel. We were in last room on the 2nd floor, next to the outside door.
The outside door was left propped open and no security to open it.
The hotel is very dated, the phone did not work, I was woken by loud banging after midnight which lasted until 3 am. The front desk was responsive but this did not feel like a safe space.
I had to kill two bugs in the three days we were there.
I tried to open a window and thought it would fall out.
They were "under construction" but they were putting hard would floors over the dirty carpet.
the bathroom ceiling had rust on it.
The coffee machine had not been "dusted" in weeks.
I would not stay there again or recommend it.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds and main room was outdated but cleaned and tidied. However, the bathroom was a different story, especially the bathtub. There was clear mold in the grout lines and around the tub. Mold could also be seen on the walls and ceiling. We did enjoy the game room and the breakfast was sufficient.
The property needs renovation. Looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80s
Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again in the future.
The most disgusting place I’ve ever slept. Holes in the walls, smelt of cigarettes, towels with stains, what looked like blood stains on the mattress and the corridor seemed like it hasn’t been vacuumed in years. This room was already booked, it was late and only one other hotel in the area. Let me just tell you slept with ALL of the lights on and kept waking up every 20mins. Truly a horror film setting.
the first room they put us in smelled literally like a decaying animal body. The second room they put us in had trash still on the bedside stand and pubic hair on the floor in the bathroom. That room was never even wiped down or swept. It was literally the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed.
The person at the checkout was rude and left the counter when I had questiona to go outaide and smoke.
Tried to give me a smoking room. Very run down, foul odors throughout the hotel and dirty. Do not stay here!
We liked that it was clean and quiet. However the onsite restaurant was closed. There wasn’t much variety of restaurants in the area that were easy to walk to.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It is nice that they have a game room set up. I enjoyed having their breakfast before heading out for the day.
Good was good for breakfast they had waffles and eggs. The cereals were mixed my friend tried to get Froot Loops and ended up with both Froot Loops and Raisin Bran but the stay was fine and decent hotel. Staff was nice and helpful
Very dirty and rundown. Left the property after check in.
Breakfaat was fine and very customer friendly.
We were very pleased about the property. One concern the ice machine, on the floor near the lobby, was not working. The agent at the front desk was okay. Had some answers to our questions but others nothing. Example: The TV was not working. He offered to move us but we were settled in. He then gave us the password and when used it the TV worked fine.
Other then that things were wonderfull.

When we entered the premise - the man at the reception was as rude and not at all welcoming. As we were asking him for a room to stay.. .
We had prepaid our hotel stay - but this guy was as if in a never mind attitude.
The hotel does not have a pool and it says that they have pool. The pool was not functioning.
I would say you will get better hotels to stay than this.
recommend not to go
They were very pleasant and helpful
