Pros:

My daughter and I stopped here for the first 2 nights in Bangkok to recover the jetlag. We loved everything about this hotel, it started from the bellboy, receptionist, housekeepers and the security at the back. The hotel is beautiful, the room was spotless and super comfortable. We had the best two nights sleep ever. The location is fantastic. There is a big shopping mall and plenty of restaurants and food stalls on site which I can access from my room by lift to the M floor and walk through the carpark to the 2D door. And don't worry if you lost, there is always the hotel security guy there who's always happy to help there. I would recommend the Centara Grand Hotel to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay and definitely see you again 😁

Great location, staff and concierge
Pros:

I stayed at Centara Ladprao for 5 nights as part of a “medical holiday” in BKK. The location was excellent being adjacent to a nice mall with lots of food choices. The staff was excellent, in particular ‘Yard’ who made several recommendations of nearby businesses and services that saved me time, money and made my visit more enjoyable.
