Not really a didnt like, just a wish. That they would have relaxig thai music in lobby, music in bar , there was background music, but so quiet, cannot hear it. Very basic music too.
Need mosquito eradicator machines in ground floor and rooftop, fans needed in skybar too.
Otherwise fantastic hotel, fantastic stay.
It's awesome. I've been a regular here for 2 years. This place is only restaurant that provides authentic Hong Kong Cuisine. K. Ae is always nice and competent in recommending me to select menu that will fit my palette. The dimsums are delightful and a la carte dishes are savory and fulfiling. I recommend sweet and sour fried pork with rice.

Best all you can buffet I've been to! The food is made to order with my favorite being the A5 Wagyu steak. There are other amazing dishes from a wide range of cultures from Thai (obviously) to Vietnam, Japanese, and Indian. The service is fast and they make sure your table stays clean. It is also great for the price! HIGHLY recommend!
Great hotel, we stayed 3 nights at the start of our holiday.
We had booked a suite with club lounge access, we arrived on a morning flight and the staff were great and checked us in early as our suite was ready, our suite was on 17th floor, plenty of lifts and never had to wait for a lift.
Our room was amazing with a comfortable lounge area, large flat screen tv in lounge and another in the bedroom, good size bed and a great shower.
The pool area had plenty of loungers, with some shaded areas too.
We had breakfast in the club lounge on 24th floor, there is plenty of choice, we had afternoon tea in the lounge which was very pleasant, also canapés with wine and cocktails in the evening.
The staff are super helpful and all speak English, all in all a great stay, would definitely recommend.
Tha breakfast was delicious. The chef Arun attended to me in very professional manner. He very polite and friendly. Anthill was very attractive to all customers Customer service was fantastic. Love the staff at this hotel. Will come back.
Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao, Bangkok.
Very large 5 star hotel on the outskirts of Bangkok, in a built up area, adjacent to the Central Plaza Ladprao on the Vibhavadi Rangsit Road.
A large impressive foyer with a huge square, black marble water feature in the middle greets visitors with helpful and welcoming staff.
All the staff were very polite and courteous and happy to help, which immediately made us feel relaxed after a long couple of days travelling!
Our luggage was taken from us and delivered promptly to our room, which was a Deluxe Suite Club King room on the 21st floor.
Our room was well provided with all the usual goodies and an extra special effort with two towel swans making a heart shape and ‘Happy Wedding Anniversary’ written in leaves with a sprinkle of pink flowers on the bed, made us feel a bit special! The bath was in the open bedroom next to the toilet which had a misted glass door. A large sliding door had to be closed to completely shut off the bathroom if either of us used the toilet, as one could be seen sitting on it through the glass which was a bit disconcerting!
The Club Lounge on the 24th floor was welcoming with cheerful, smiling waitresses and we had a choice of tables overlooking the city. The food was all included in the price with free drinks including beer. Not a massive selection, but certainly enough Asian and western dishes and finger food to fill us up without needing to have a full meal in a restaurant.
Breakfast was also included and a good choice as had here, from noodles and dumplings to bacon and omelettes.
Can’t praise this hotel enough( very clean, very comfortable and staff from bellboy, reception and doormen, to cleaners and waitresses and floor managers, all extremely polite and helpful!
Highly recommend stay here! (We only did three nights but could’ve done more!)
