Uncomfortable beds and cockaroach infested, would never stay here again.
Pros:

Was close to a lot of stores and food.

Cons:

The room had cockroaches and one of the beds was caved in a bit making it a very uncomfortable two nights.

It was just ok
Pros:

The pool was nice and the lobby. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was amazing lots of selections. The location was private.

Cons:

The room however the door was broken would keep getting stuck. There were cockroaches and spiders. The bed felt like I was sleeping on springs. Ice machine everywhere was broken.

LOVED IT!
Pros:

Came here as I was traveling to Sacremento and decided to stay here for the night. Had such a pleasent experience. Staff was extremely friendly, rooms were big, clean, and quiet. There is also a bar just a 4 min walk from the hotel. Everyone should give this place a try if they are ever in the area!

It really has declined
Pros:

I've been staying here every year for the past 7 years, but the last two years have been horrible. The manager, Sabrina Moreno, is awful. She tried to keep my deposit because of my service animals. The year before last, they kept my deposit.
This year, they put us in rooms that were out of service, and the rooms smelled awful—like something had died. We had to buy Febreze, carpet freshener, and air fresheners, and even that didn't help. The floors were black, and when I complained about the condition of the room, Sabrina got upset with me instead of addressing the situation.
I will never stay at this Vacaville, California location again.

Nothing it horrible

Cons:

My family and i have been a loyal customer of this Quality Inn for 6 to 7 years, but my recent stay was disappointing. The rooms were unclean, the floors were unhygienic, and there was a strong unpleasant odor. When I reported the issues to the office, the manager was unprofessional and rude. She even attempted to charge me for having service animals. I would not recommend staying here as the Quality Inn has clearly declined in quality.
