Cons:

That it got charged twice one through tha app booking.com and the second time was directly Quality Inn in Vacaville they were supposed to refund me the payment I made through booking.com $404 to be exact

It was comfortable and pretty clean.
Pros:

I didn't eat the breakfast sam old thing anyway. The room was nice. I had to call for a remote. It was brought to me. The coffee maker didn't have the device for the coffee filter. That was a little upsetting but then again hotel coffee sucks anyway. The location was ok a little of the beaten path but it was quiet.
