La posizione vicino il centro è molto comoda e anche la colazione è buona con un buffet di ampia scelta e prodotti di ottima qualità, la stanza era bella grande e pulita

Il frigobar era vuoto e non c’erano pantofole a disposizione come previsto nella descrizione della stanza alla prenotazione e nel bagno c’è una vasca da bagno e non una doccia

Disappointing, will look elsewhere next time.

Easy check-in, allowed to check-in slightly earlier than 3pm

AC didn't work
Very thin walls, could hear guests on both sides throughout the night
Unhelpful staff, when asked something about the city, was told to "Google it"
Wi-Fi is not password protected and so not secure
Staff entered the room to clean despite a do not disturb sign
No slippers/robes available
Upon checkout, was asked insistently to pay despite having paid in advance until I showed proof that payment was already made
Would rather stay in a cheaper hotel in a better location that will undoubtedly come with friendlier staff and better amenities
