Frokosten var altfor dyr. Den tok vi til en tredjedel av prisen på en frokostcafe 2 minutter til fots unna hotellet. Vi hadde frokost på hotellet 1 morgen, den var ikke verdt alle pengene. Rommrne var store og lyse. Rene og fine. Jeg likte godt at vi fikk nytt sengetøy etter to dager.
Frokost kunne vært inkludert i prisen vi betalte for rommene.
La habitacion era amplia
Limpieza escasa, ubicación alejada del centro, éramos 3 en la habitación y no dejaban suficientes toallas. El personal de recepción poco amable y muy frío.
Deep baths, breakfasts were good till you found out the price. Good location to see berlin 9n foot, better than quick visit and feel completely rushed.
Three room changes due to faulty equipment. 659 No swimming pool as advertised by booking.com, No sauna, break fast for 1 adult and 2 children £94 per day, too expensive for what you got. First room faulty lights in bathroom , tv was in English then just died on us we were told by staff tv to be replacex by 0900 next day waited till 1000 no show complained again., moved by staff after complaint lodged, 567 faulty coffee machine, fridge doors opened oppositr firections, tv all in German every channel, faulty hair dryer something we had complained about. Problems moving from one floor to another real pain. 577 tv all in German, bed for child had to be delivered and set up. Cleaning staff entered without calling out. Yes l tipped staff as kids were messy, we got one set 3 free drinks at bar as compensation, ( we had 3 bottles of water and bar staff said room was empty, next move complementry breakfast for two days. Had to speak to night staff multiple times. Even had one in room explaining to him about fridge, tv etc. I ended up being more tired than when arrived.To say the start of trip was bad passport control 3 aircraft landed non Eu, 1 oerson for more than 400+ people two hours to clear hall , missed taxi connection, explained to controller that 44 people ahead of me and one pasdport controller, nearly riot in hall so many pissed off people. Had to pay again for taxi to hotel.

That my door connected to the suit, for some reason, was unlocked.
Ideal to access city with good transport nearby. Rooms large and well equipped. Bonus if you didn't want your room cleaned you could cancel it and get a drink as a thank you! Nice touch.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were truly the highlight friendly, patient, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their kindness made the whole stay feel comfortable and stress‑free. The hotel itself is cozy and beautifully kept. The lobby is welcoming, the rooms are spacious, and the atmosphere throughout the building is peaceful. It’s clear that the hotel puts a lot of effort into creating a pleasant environment for guests. The cleaning service was excellent. My room was refreshed daily, with soft, clean linens, neatly arranged towels, and a level of tidiness that made it feel like coming back to a brand‑new room each time. Thanks to the staff and housekeeping team, I felt completely at ease and well taken care of. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service
