Disappointment for Sheraton Brand

I like to personal behaviors. Quietness and Drinks.

Cons:

First of all, the hot water is brownish and smelling. When we asked, technician came and discharge water 15 minutes and said ok. But it will continued like this. Definitely they have a problem with hot water production facility.
Secondly, the coffee machine is very old fashioned and hard to run. No water heater. (They bring simple plastic one when we asked)
Daily room cleaning is not implementing, if you don't ask to do. (First time I see at 5 star hotel)
2 days were really cold and we had to ask extra heater, because they decided not to run the central system since outside was not cold they said. (6-8 C is not cold for them as I understand)
GYM is not equipped with modern equipment's. Pool is not working. No SPA ....
Unfortunately, I have not seen any Sheraton hotel like this.

Im Zimmer gab es die Möglichkeit sich mit Pads einen Kaffee zu machen. Leider wurden diese am zweiten Tag nicht erneuert. Es gab keine Möglichkeit heißes Wasser oder Tee zu bereiten.

Moja wizyta w hotelu Sheraton w Berlinie była, delikatnie mówiąc, fatalnym doświadczeniem. Od obiektu tej klasy oczekuje się standardów, których tutaj kompletnie zabrakło. To, co zastałem na miejscu, to jakiś ponury żart, a nie pięciogwiazdkowy serwis.
1. Skandaliczne zameldowanie i obsługa
Mimo że doba hotelowa zaczyna się o 15:00, po przyjeździe usłyszałem w recepcji, że mój pokój nie jest gotowy. Pani z recepcji sprawiała wrażenie kompletnie zagubionej i nieogarniętej. Kazano mi czekać godzinę, nie proponując w zamian absolutnie żadnej rekompensaty za to opóźnienie.
2. Czystość poniżej wszelkiej krytyki
Pokój był po prostu obrzydliwy. Na załączonych zdjęciach wyraźnie widać brudną wannę oraz nieodkurzone miejsca, które wyglądają, jakby nie widziały serwisu sprzątającego od tygodni. Wisienką na torcie była pusta butelka z płynem do mycia w łazience – w hotelu tej rangi to sytuacja niedopuszczalna.
3. Strefa Wellness to fikcja
Jeśli planujecie skorzystać z udogodnień, omijajcie to miejsce szerokim łukiem:
• Basen: Zamknięty, bez kropli wody.
• Sauna: Wyłączona bez żadnego konkretnego powodu.
• Siłownia: Malutka, zakurzona i brudna. Wyposażenie to jedna ławeczka, jeden wyciąg i reszta to bieżnie. To nie jest siłownia, to składzik na sprzęt.
4. Śniadanie
Jak na hotel tej klasy, śniadanie było bardzo średnie. Wybór i jakość produktów absolutnie nie przystają do standardów, którymi Sheraton chwali się w swoich folderach reklamowych.
Podsumowując: Brudny pokój, niedziałająca infrastruktura i niekompetentna obsługa. Zdecydowanie odradzam ten hotel każdemu, kto liczy na komfort i szacunek do klienta. Płacąc za markę Sheraton, dostałem jakość taniego hostelu. Nigdy więcej.

Personal war sehr nett ,Frühstück war gut ,super Lage und unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen.Hotel ,für das was es mal war ,etwas heruntergekommen und renovierungsbedürftig ,die Platten auf der Terasse lösten sich teilweise ,weder Schwimmbad noch Sauna ,die es mal gab,
Lobby sehr düster und der Fahrstuhl ächzte bei jeder Fahrt in den 7. Stock ,dass man froh war ,als die Türen aufgingen …Aber wir konnten sehr gut schlafen und auch Hundebesitzer unbedingt zu empfehlen…

Het gebodene is hoger dan de prijs die er voor wordt gevraagd.
Pros:

Als je eenmaal de stad een beetje "door hebt" en weet hoe ver alles is, dan is het prima te belopen./ Van "Hauptbahnhof " naar hotel is prima te lopen. De eerste keer deden wij het met taxi, naderhand hebben wij alles per voet gedaan of per "Hop on and Hop off" Hert is een groot Hotel en een beetje gedateerd, maar de service is prima. Wij verblijven elke maand wel in een ander Hotel en gezien de prijs voor het gebodene is meer dan redelijk. Wij hadden een prima kamer op de 5e verdieping, schone bedden , prima kussens en uitstekende matrassen. Badkamer was "blinkend" schoon en elke dag opnieuw. Ontbijt is op zijn : "Duits".. ruime vers en smaakvol. Niets dan lof.
Het hotel is niet duur voor het gebodene. Leuke barruimte op de begane grond, taxi voor de deur, en de prijs is voor het gebodene laag. Geldautomaat in de lobby en heerlijke zitjes bij de bar-/ontspanningsruimte.

Cons:

Het vieze gerook bij de entree. Dat moeten ze helemaal gaan verbieden. Je loopt door een walm van rook en het stinkt enorm. Verder zouden zij wat moeten doen aan de website. Daar wordt een zwembad getoond ... maar dat is er niet meer. Jammer gemiste kans. !!!
