Pros:

Hotel ist gut gelegen. Kuhdamm, Tiergarten und Potsdamer Platz sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tiefgarage.
Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut und das Angebot und Auswahl reichhaltig. Warme Speisen und Salate werden ständig frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Aufgeppptes in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, dunkel. Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl, wir haben deshalb nicht gut geschlafen. Den duch den Internetauftritt erwartete Ausblick hatten wir leider nicht. Teppich im Zimmer war nicht sauber.
Im Frühstücksraum gab nur zwei Kaffeautomaten für eine große Zahl an Gästen und man musste lange anstehen für eine Tasse Kaffee. Das Personal war nicht besondes freundlich und eher übereifrig/Ungeduldig im Wegräumen der Teller vom Tisch.

Fint utgangspunkt for sykling, med nærhet til Nollendorfplatz og Tiergartenparken

Cons:

Renhold ble unnlatt en dag. Kunne ønsket at sengen hadde overmadrass. Ellers helt fint.

Zeitlos tolles und preiswertes Hotel, grosse Bäder und guter Outdoor Aufenthaltsbereich
Pros:

Ich komme schon seit fast 30 Jahren ins Esplanade nach Berlin. Perfekte Lage. Grosse Parkhalle, gute Zufahrt. Grosse Zimmer, die selbst nach 26 Jahren immer noch praktisch und schön eingerichtet sind. Es ist irgendwie zeitlos. Grosse Bäder mit Ablagen und einem wirklich funktionierenden und stabilen Makeup Spiegel. Aussergewöhnlich ist der starke Wasserdruck in den Duschen. Toll ist immer die grosszügig überdachte Zufahrt mit der Aussenbestuhlung im Lounge Style. Dort kann man auch bei Regen etwas essen und es gibt oft tolle Veranstaltungen. Besonders an WM Spielen hatte ich tolle Erlebnisse. Immer noch ein sehr gutes Wiener Schnitzel erhältlich..... Schön, dass man draussen auch rauchen darf....

Cons:

Nun ja, das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man mittlerweile. Überall wurden Dienstleistungen abgebaut und es wird gespart. Die Minibar ist leer, das Mobiliar insgesamt immer noch praktisch, aber eben hie und da etwas abgenutzt. Die Bäder sind immer noch gut auch farblich. Der Zugang zur Parkgarage war schon immer out of style und wirkt mittlerweile heruntergekommen. Den Pool gibt es schon lange nicht mehr. Der Corona Blödsinn hat dem Esplanade sehr zugesetzt und man wollte es in ein Bürohaus umgestalten. Zum Glück ist das nicht passiert. Und die Harrys New York Bar war einst ein Highlight in Berlin.... Ich hoffe, dass das Esplanade noch lange dort bleibt und dass wieder investiert wird, um die alte Dame wieder auf Vordermann zu bringen.

Parking was easy and hotel was nice and clean

Cons:

Lack of air conditioning, room was extremely warm with no air circulation. Impossible to open the window at night because too loud outside. I was expecting more for this hotel.

Prima verblijf, vorstelijk ontbijt. Uitstraling niet Sheraton-waardig.

Ontbijt was prima. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Badkamer met douchen in bad, is onveilig en niet meer van deze tijd.
Bij kamerkeuze was aangegeven dat een kamer op 6e verdieping een mooi uitzicht zou hebben over de stad maar dat was niet zo. De naam Sheraton geeft verwachting over uitstraling en luxe, maar zo hebben wij dat niet ervaren. Het interieur verdient wel een update. De koeling in de kamers is onderdeel van de luchtbehandeling. Tijdens ons verblijf was het meer dan 30 graden buiten en dat was te veel om de kamer op aangename temperatuur te houden.

Leider schaffe ich es mit der Abtrennung nicht, so zu duschen, dass der Boden trocken bleibt. Das tut mir sehr leid.

Bon accueil, petit déjeuner très correct et varié...

Cons:

Le service de chambre laisse à désirer. L'aspirateur n'a vraisemblablement pas été passé pendant ces trois jours et certains éléments de la salle de bains n'ont pas été remplacés ( boite de mouchoirs et gel douche)... Et pourtant nous l'avons signalé...
