Tutto sommato un posto tranquillo, ma la qualità sta diminuendo rispetto a 7-8 anni orsono.
Pros:

È una struttura tranquilla, in una posizione ideale per chi ha da fare in zona Ku'Damm. Servita non benissimo dai mezzi pubblici veloci (parecchi bus ma il metro o il treno sono lontani)

Cons:

Migliorerei un po' la pulizia (nel bagno vi erano briciole sul pavimento) e la manutenzione (nel bagno alcuni elementi della vasca si stanno scrostando). Inoltre lo scarico del lavandino nel bagno puzzava di zolfo (ristagno?). La porta di entrata era rumorosissima: il disturbo non era tanto per me quanto per tutti gli altri ospiti allo stesso piano.

Leider war es mit einer nicht funktionierenden Klimaanlage und den nicht da buchen entsprechenden Zimmer nicht zufrieden

Het hotel voldeed aan mijn verwachtingen, buiten die paar kleine minpuntjes.
Pros:

Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en gevarieerd.
De locatie ligt niet ver van een knooppunt voor openbaar vervoer.
Het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, zonder opdringerig te zijn.

Cons:

De kamer was uitstekend, wat hier, voor mij persoonlijk, tegenviel waren de te zachte kussens.
Voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn, is de hoge badrand om een douche te nemen lastig.
De afzuiging in de badkamer staat permanent aan en is hoorbaar tot in de kamer.

Absolut überteuert für ein renovierungsbedürftiges Sheraton-Hotel, werde es nicht mehr buchen.
Cons:

Das Hotel ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen, Sauberkeit auf der Terrasse vor dem Hotel auch eher mangelhaft; auf die Bitte, die Tische abzuwischen, kam die Antwort, dass derzeit kein Personal zur Verfügung stehe.

Berlin hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit dem Hotel waren wir diesmal wegen der benannten Situation leider nicht so zufriede

Das Hotel hat insgesamt eine gute Ausstattung, jedoch gab es bei unserer Buchung und dem was wir bekommen haben, einige Probleme.

Cons:

Ich hatte für ein Wochenende mit meinen Kindern, ein Einbettzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer mit getrennten Betten gebucht.Bekommen haben wir ein normales Doppelzimmer.
Nach der erste Nacht haben wir an der Rezeption gemeldet, dass die Klimaanlage im Doppelzimmer nicht funktioniert, an diesen Tag sind auch sehr viele Gäste abgereist, und es gab genug Möglichkeiten, um die Situation zu verbessern. Leider ist nichts geschehen.
