Above average Experience.
Pros:

Hotel front desk area is very nice and location is walking distance to great restaurants. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, but carpet needed a good scrub. Staff are very nice.

Perfect destination in Bellevue, WA!
Pros:

This is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel with a very accommodating staff. Aside from a TV service issue on one of my days, I would give 5-stars for the hotel and staff! There are restaurants of almost every kind within a one block radius and airport transportation was easy to arrange.

Great location for the price.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, service was great. One front person was not very personable but rest of staff was great.

Cons:

The location was great. The pillows were too hard or too soft. Definitely need to work on the pillow selection.

Fabulous Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

The Bellevue Hyatt Regency has been a favorite of mine and for my family for many, many years. It is well maintained, has an excellent gym, in a great location across from Bellevue Square, has a high end buffet breakfast and very comfortable/updated rooms. Whether I am traveling to Seattle for business, pleasure or with my family, we will definitely return.

The room had been recently renovated and had a nice view, and was also close to nice restaurants etc.

Cons:

The road noise from nearby traffic was loud & annoying when you are trying to sleep. The room did not have a bathroom fan, or stocked minibar. In addition, this Hotel did not have an in house first class restaurant for dining.

Perfect experience
Pros:

This is a perfect hotel for any types of travel, especially business. The location is perfect - you can walk around downtown Bellevue easily, go shopping, and eat great food. Outside of the hotel is a great restaurant with a beautiful, romantic terrace. My room was great - 21st floor with a king size bed, very quiet hall. Breakfast is wonderful, coffee is great (as always in Seattle), and everyone is super friendly and polite. At the reception, you can grab amazing Seattle-grown red apples. I loved the overall experience and I’m making this hotel my #1 choice when I come back.

Great location and great services!
Pros:

Highly recommended!
The hotel is conveniently located in the center of downtown Bellevue, with easy walking access to the Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square shopping centers.
Parking on Saturdays is free, and you can avoid the traffic on 8th st, and Bellevue Way by using the 10th st entrance, the Wintergarden elevator (the only elevator for Hyatt access) is right at the end of the down ramp.

The room maintenance and the views are both great! They also feature an anti-slippery pad which you can use in the bathtub, small details like this goes a long way!

We will remember the hospitality and revisit it in the future.

Birthday girl treated like a VIP!
Pros:

The experience was top notch! We felt like VIP’s with the way we were treated from the moment we booked to the check in. It was my daughters 16th birthday and the went above and beyond decorating the room, providing a small cake and cider and a gift! She felt so loved!

Pros:

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue was excellent. The hotel is ideally situated within walking distance of shops, theaters, and a variety of restaurants, making it a convenient choice for visitors. The property is impeccably maintained, both inside and out, and the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and courtesy. The beautifully illuminated trees outside added an inviting touch to the overall atmosphere. I would gladly choose the Hyatt Regency Bellevue again on a future visit to Bellevue, Washington.
