Hyatt Regency Bellevue

I forget how awesome these people are at Hyatt Bellevue. Everytime I go its like the first great experience. They never leet us down ...

When staying in the Belleview Washington area, Hyatt Regency is by far the best experience I have had, also, its location is ideal for any get togethers, easy access from the freeway and for dining in the area.

I have been attending an event here during February since 2010 (it’s now 2026), and it is always a pleasure to enjoy the fine service and accommodations offered at this Hyatt property. (have you ever heard :”you get what you pay for?” Don’t expect this level of experience without paying top dollar for it. :) )

Members of our family stay at the Bellevue Hyatt annually and just the hotel experience is a vacation in and of itself. The staff feels like family every year and the hotel amenities is superb. This hotel is on top of the heap.

Hyatt Regency Bellevue is always busy for a reason - excellent service, lovely well kept property, its welcoming ambience and of course, its delicious red apples at the front desk. It’s located downtown Bellevue with several restaurant options directly inside and around it. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff reach out to you to check if you need anything and are happy to respond to your needs. Over Valentine’s Day weekend, they placed flowers in every car. There’s no doubt this is a great place to stay on your next trip!

Get a Rental car if you plan to go to Seattle. Uber fee was crazy.
Otherwise centrally located with great restaurants. Would stay again.

Helpful front staff and fantastic location. Got upgrades for a room Without asking. Would highly recommend if visiting Bellevue.

Lies about drinking their 4 dollar bottle of trash water and then charged you for it. Then they send you multiple bills. I respond. They don’t ever follow up on the false charges.

This is a safe and clean area to walk around and explore. The Mall is huge. Prices were a bit higher than we are used to paying. Recommend the Cactus Restaurant.

The Hyatt Regency hotel exceeded my expectations. First time staying at a Hyatt Regency and it an excellent stay. I tried 2 different rooms, a 2 queen beds on a higher level - we had a lovely view and my daughter said that it was the best view from a hotel she has ever been in. It was my birthday and the staff gave me a birthday cake and card! The next night we moved to a king suite on the top floor that was beyond my expectations. My daughter thinks I'm the best at picking out hotels, but you can't go wrong with the Hyatt Regency. The hotel is extremely quiet, has water refill stations on every floor, and the elevators are always quick. I used the spotless modern gym - I wish all the gyms I went to were as nice as that one. Overall - I give the Hyatt Regency Bellevue 10+ stars

Stayed here for convention/meeting. I booked 2 nights so I didn't have to commute almost 2 hours each day. From the moment I pulled in, I planned on using valet parking, and the valet was extremely nice - they were extemely busy, but he was still very nice and communicated what I needed to do and answered my questions.

At check in, there was no wait, and the lady that checked me in was polite and fast with check in. She asked me a few questions and I was checked in and heading to my room in less than 5 mins.

Upon booking, I had asked for a quiet room if possible, and I was surpised to see when I got off the elevator, they have a floor dedicated as "The Quiet Floor". This floor is so nice as they don't allow pets /kids on this floor and also ask to limit TV volume. I have never come across a hotel that offers this, and I was very impressed that this was offered. I don't know if it is just this Hyatt, or all Hyatts, but it was a plesant surpise, and usually, I just hope for an end room far from the elevator and hope that no one lets their door slam in the middle of the night.

The only thing that was a bummer, was the morning fo check out, the resturant that we could have ordered breakfast from, didn't open until 7am, and I was going to order breakfast for room service, but that wasnt available until 7:30am. We were up at 5am, so we decided to head home.

I would happily stay here again, and I am sure I will as this is one of 3 places that are on rotation for the type of meeting I attend with my business partner.

If i were to travel and need to stay here for personal reasons, I would absolutely choose this hotel.

Wonderful location, clean rooms and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back for another stay.
