Great location. The view from the trailhead was phenomenal especially at sunset. Staff was helpful and kind. Included breakfast was good too!
Our room was attended to on a daily basis.
The view was beautiful. The room was adequate but nothing extraordinary.
The housekeeping staff was a bit too aggressive
Staff were great and helpful and the location of the hotel is beautiful. Nearby trails and nice views to see the sunset/sunrise. I only stayed 3 nights but want to return to try out the new spa once done.
The rooms in the building where the reception area is, are old and outdated. I didn’t like that the sink was outside the bathroom and together with the coffee area. That area was too tight.
Friendly staff ,good location ,excellent breakfast
Would definitely stay again
Nothing
Location was great, close to many hikes in Sedona. A short drive away from downtown. The breakfast was truly delicious --much better than the average hotel breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Great place for our first visit to Sedona.
Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, nice toiletries. All great!
Beautiful location, best continental breakfast with gluten free options!! ❤️ I love the dog friendly spaces and access to coffee and water 24/7
It was nice that the breakfast stayed open until 10 am every day; we didn't feel rushed in the morning. The complimentary bikes were fun and the staff was helpful in exchanging locks. The location was walkable to old town and uptown.
There was loud construction noise (pile drivers) weekdays. We wish the hotel would have let us know as we would have chosen another hotel. There were several large groups of really loud teens that hijacked both pools and hot tubs all night. We were travelling with teens and even they thought the teen groups were obnoxious. Maybe the hotel should have restricted the teen groups to one pool, so families with less attention-seeking children and / or couples could have used the other pool.
Staff was not rude, but we felt like they “tolerated us”. In one case a worker told us she didn’t go outside much and to drink coffee with a Mountain View we should stand in the parking lot. At breakfast, 12 minutes after it opened there was no meat. I asked the worker if she would be putting more out and she replied, rather annoyed, “it will be a while!”
There is no elevator. Thankfully for us it wasn’t too big a deal other than arrival and departure to the second floor. Check in worker offered zero assistance with our luggage so we dragged it up the stairs and back down again.
I had bloodstained sheets. I was not bleeding. The bathroom is tiny and one of the two USB ports to charge our phones didn’t work. Bathroom is tiny
Gute Lage sehr grosser Pool. Gutes Frühstück .
Man hört den Urlauber oben extrem gut
Hotel is very well designed and the Staff we encountered were excellent and very helpful indeed. Astronomy evening was a great and unexpected addition to our itinerary and the location allowed us to explore the key areas of Sedona that we had identified.
No bar area
