Enjoyed the location and the breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast, pool, water coolers

Cons:

The lighting in the room was awful. The bathroom was too bright with that light around the sink, especially when you get up at night. The tv was way too far away from the bed.

Pros:

The property is well situated to head into town for local shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the property has lovely swimming pools and hiking trails. The free bicycle use is also a plus and a nice way to see the town.

Cons:

The walls and ceilings were quite thin so we constantly heard guests walking above us and talking next door in general.

The staff and customer service was great and the location was phenomenal
Pros:

The customer service, the staff was absolutely top-tier!

Cons:

I changed rooms two times, the staff was extremely accommodating. The first room was on the first floor however, I paid for a view, the second room. My carpet had large stains in the carpet. The property needs some upgrades for sure.

Great location!
Pros:

The location was very close to any of the sites like upper Sedona and some of the hiking trails. That’s we’re very comfortable.

Cons:

Even though the hotel was only two floors, there was no elevator so if you had heavy luggage, it was an issue. Also, the hallway air conditioners were so high. It was freezing, and it didn’t seem like there was a way to adjust it. The other issue we had was the toilet kept running and we asked the front desk for them to come in and fix it. They kindly sent two people two different times, but it still didn’t stop so it ran most of the night. We were able to close the bathroom door so he didn’t have to hear it.

Très bon hôtel à Sedona
Pros:

Très grande chambre avec balcon et vue sur les montagnes de Sedona. Articles de douche de qualité, douche spacieuse, literie confortable. Piscine et jacuzzi très appréciables après une journée de visite, dans ce si beau cadre arboré. Le soir le coucher de soleil sur le mini trail est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon mais mériterait davantage de choix pour un tel établissement

Un buffet de petit-déjeuner qui manque de certains choix pour ce niveau d'hôtel
