Very comfortable Couple Stay
Pros:

The complimentary cookies are a great touch, very comfortable bed and furniture as well as bathroom and shower.

Cons:

Not much to dislike at all, large parking lot but also maybe entrances.

I recently stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree in Westborough Massachusetts on January 23rd for a hockey tournament. I had booked through a third party website called Super.com and I paid through Super.com. When I arrived I was asked for a credit card for incidentals. I recently checked my statement for the credit card I provided and was charged. I called the hotel where I stayed and was transferred to the GM . I tried to explain the situation and was immediately belittled by him. He asked me if the website was even a real website and asked me if I was making it up. I told him I would send him the transactions from my credit cards to show I was double charged and he replied "why would you send me your credit card statements" very arrogantly. He then told me he was sick of all these hockey teams and families and that he would be calling New England Sports Center where my son had his tournament which is completely unprofessional. All I was trying to do was figure out why I was double charged. I have never been spoken to like this from someone that is in hospitality. At this point it's not even about the money, it's how I was treated and talked to. My husband then tried calling to talk to him and he wouldn't even talk to him about the situation and was also rude to him and hung up in him. I got off the phone and was so upset. They charged me twice and Im getting yelled at. I have never been spoke to this way. That fact that he is the GM is unbelievable.

Gotta say it's pretty damn good
Pros:

I don't normally write reviews but the staff was perfect, room was clean as a whistle, didn't realize there was a friggin restaurant and it was affordable, gah dang
