Hotel is treated as long term stays for sketchy guests. Would not stay again.
Pros:

Inside of Room was very clean though the furniture was outdated and the room had an outdoor to the balcony that didn’t feel 100% safe given the sketchy location.

Cons:

The Hotel is a hangout for people who appear to be living there for a long time. Across the Hall from my Room, the guest had their door open, there were multiple people talking loud in the Hall, dog barking, playing music loud and partying from 10 pm until 5 am next day. No sleep/no rest for unsuspecting guests.

Unsafe, bad, left and found another hotel
Pros:

The price at first. We didn’t even start begins 2 hours. It was horrible and unsafe. The room was clean but also gas a second side doors to outside that was unlocked when we arrived.

Cons:

Was loud, people fighting, dogs barking and many unsavory characters about the property. Had our door tried and banged on a few times. Didn’t feel safe at all. We checked in and left within 2 hours. This was prior to it getting dark so we know it’d only be worse at night.

Pros:

La chambre grande et propre, pas trop loin de l'aéroport donc pour 1 nuit avec un vol le lendemain c'est parfait.

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est au niveau du zone pas très bien fréquenté, avec des personnes qui traînent devant, les voisins de palier on fait beaucoup de bruit en début de soirée (porte qui claque, dispute/cris dans les couloirs....) odeur de cigarette très forte dans les parties communes.

3 cambios de habitación. Primera, la puerta del balcón, no se abría. La segunda, la Refrigeradora, tenía dificultad en la tarima que estaba puesta, la puerta tenía dificultad para abrirse. Del inodoro salía mal olor de cloaca; su tapa del inodoro, gastada de uso. Tercera, el microondas oxidado. Más, fueron anuente a dar soluciones.Cuando entré al edificio y pasé por la piscina, había jóvenes fumando Marihuana. Plop!

Cons:

The smells in the hall. The consistent presence of police, ambulance and fire trucks. But grateful for their service. And I know staff has no control of it.

Tweakers (drug addicts) roaming the facility, Mesa P.D. Cops constantly there. Rude Ignorant people staying there!
