The outside appears is terrible and inside needs a lot of updating and deep cleaning. We had a terrible time with the TV and finally gave up. But on a positive note, the ladies at the front desk were nice.

Did not have a key to the rooms. Someone had to let us in

The staff was amazing! Being in the middle of shopping and eating was awesome. I will book again.

The room was mainly clean, but their was black smudges on the ceiling above the beds that looked like black mold

They couldn't give u a room key and the app didnt work
House keeping took us to our room, it smelled really bad and the window curtain was laying on the bed.

Housekeeping nonexistent- in 6 days we only had housekeeping once! Beds not made - no towels changed etc

Outdated. And my TV wasn't working properly. Everytime you turned it back on you had to reset it to watch it.

Poor representation of Fairfield - have stayed at Fairfield on several occasions. No room service on visit, trash not emptied - towels not replenished. AC was loud. Only good thing this visit was the hot water.
Cudos to the manager who was sent there on duty to revamp the hotel.

The rooms were clean, breakfast area was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The visit was perfect indoor pool plus weight room right next down.

Mrs Jessica was awesome.... Friendly, And A Beautiful Smile , Breakfast was awesome, The Lady Putting Breakfast Together was so Nice and Helpful....I worked out in the Fitness Room..I stayed in room 222 and I smelled a bad odor coming for the bed area ...and the Second Floor ice machine was working I had to go the First Floor

The staff was extremely friendly & efficient the only issue we had was the tv not working when we got there but upon notifying the front desk someone was there in minutes to diagnose & fixed it in less than 15 min total

The hotel is old and need updating. The bathroom downstairs was out of order. I stayed 4 days and it was horrible. The carpet needs cleaning, the pool is nasty and we never got towels unless and asked. We was told they was out of towels and they gave us pool towels

The hotel was most beautiful. The beds are soft. The staff was nice.

The housekeeping service was very poor and the elevator broke down twice. We had to use the stairs and that was hard for me because i have to use a cane to walk.

Property was musty rooms smelled damp and of mildew. Breakfast buffet was a joke, literally a bag of white bread and a couple of scoops of dried eggs. This was at 645am. We had just started at a Fairfield 2 weeks ago and it was lovely. Stay away from this one.

The worst part was that they put us in a handicap room which was not needed. It included a shower that could accommodate a wheelchair. However, there was no way to keep the shower water confined to the shower area. Therefore, the whole bathroom was inundated with water. We could not dare to go into the bathroom without shoes on. This was horrible.
