Pros:

Amazing location perched 1,000 feet high on a cliff with incredible views of the Mediterranean and Mt. Vesuvius. Great staff. Wonderful breakfast. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Cons:

Turkish bath had a slippery, marble seating area.

A perfectly luxurious and tranquil stay on Capri.
Pros:

This was one of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed at, and we have travelled extensively. Incredible, quiet grounds, beautifully manicured, with the most spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea, Napoli, the Amalfi Coast, and Mount Vesuvius. The service was impeccable -- they gladly helped us with taxis, boat tour, ferry tickets and restaurant reservations. They also provided a pick up from the ferry into Capri and transfer back to the ferry - including luggage porting service, which was a very much appreciated benefit with a family of 7 and the chaos of the marina. We had 4 rooms, and they were all lovely and comfortable. We recommend this hotel unreservedly and wholeheartedly. We plan to return.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like -- 10 stars all around.

Emplacement exceptionnel! Une vue à couper le souffle.

Cons:

Les chambres et les installations sont très vieillissantes mais l'hôtel devrait être rénové bientôt.
La nourriture est assez médiocre. Aucun raffinement

Sehr schönes Hotel! Überragender Service auf der Terrasse für Coctails. Im Restaurant unten La Terrazza eher schwierig.

Blick, service auf der Terrasse und bei der Reception

Cons:

Das Restaurant la Terrazza. Viele Fehler. Kein guter Service. Das war unter der alten Leitung besser. Auch die Blumen vor dem Haus( viele waren in den Kübeln vertrocknet.).
