The perfect location with a stunning view in a clean and comfortable place.
Pros:

Two of your receptors were fantastic, both names have escaped me but one was a lady whose name I believe being with S like Suni perhaps? The second was the older Scottish man who went above and beyond - I hope this message gets back to them to show my appreciation!

Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal und die Aussicht auf Edinburgh genial. Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Aussicht buchen, es lohnt sich!
Es gab sogar einen kleinen Geburtstagsgruß.

Cons:

Schade war, dass das Restaurant noch geschlossen hatte, obwohl mir bei meiner Buchung knapp 7 Monate zuvor versichert wurde, dass es bis dahin wieder geöffnet ist.

Cons:

restaurant was closed. There was also a total lack of maintenance of the balcony which appeared to be accessible from multiple rooms. Paint was peeling off the concrete balcony ceiling & it needs a bit of care and attention. That was the most disappointing issue given the great location with views of the old town & castle from the balcony. The room was otherwise ok. Im also not even sure that the balcony door locked.

Gute geräumige Zimmer an Top Lage mit gutem Frühstücksbuffet.
Pros:

Grosses Zimmer mit fantastischem Blick auf die Altstadt und sehr zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Safe zu klein. Hellhörig und relativ laut.

VIAGEM DE SONHO EM EDINBURGH
Pros:

Hotel com localização excelente em Edinburgh. Perto da estação de trem e de fácil acesso às principais atrações: Castelo de Edimburgo - Royal Mile, Catedral de St. Giles - Victoria Street -Calton Hill. Ou seja, fizemos tudo a pé! Foi perfeita a escolha do Hotel.

The Staff and view was fantastic. The Room not so much

The Staff was fantastic. The location was great

Cons:

I did not know the resturant was not open until after I already paid for the room. Non refundable.. there was no refrigator in the room. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and there was no way to keep water from flooding the floor because the shower only had a half door.

Amazing location with a beautiful view of the royal park!
Pros:

The view and central location were amazing! The staff were clear and very friendly. Definitely a recommendation.

Cons:

Only one little thing, there was no breakfast possibility due to the current renovations. But it was stated beforehand so it wasn't an unpleasant surprise.
