Based on location, I would recommend this hotel. Rooms are fine, nothing special.

Cons:

The room allocated was the worst we have ever stayed in. We even had to move a standard lamp to another location, in order to use the right hand side of the bed!!
It appears that because the room was next to the fire exit it was smaller and more compact than the two other rooms, either side of ours, that friends had booked at the same time.
Value for money, never again!
I will be writing other reviews to suggest users find alternate accommodation.

Pros:

The view and location was great!

Cons:

The noise from the 18 wheeler truck at 2am until 5:30, parked directly below the hotel, unloading on metal ramps rolling out food for the store in large pallets, and huge laundry racks of the dry cleaning clothes, then all those racks and large pallets was loaded back up.

الموقع جميل و الاطلاله خرافية فقط للدور السابع

Cons:

مافيه احد يساعدك يشيل الشنط خصوصا انه يقع على يرنس استريت والسيارات مو مسموح لها ف يتسحبين الشنطه لحد الفندق و زيادة في المدخل قدامك 6 درجات و الستقبال في الدور الثاني .. اعطوني في الاول غرفه اقل من الغرفه الي حجزت ولما رجعت لهم وبلغتهم ان هذي فئه اقل ومو نفس الصوره ابدا اعتذرت و غيرت لي الغرفه وطبعا انت الي واح تسحب الشنط 🙃

We had a fabulous time in Edinburgh and would book this hotel again

Really good position for exploring Edinburgh, walking distance to everything, very clean and welcoming hotel

The hotel was conveniently located. It was well maintained except for the showers

No air conditioning bathroom was incredibly small. The shower was not properly enclosed. Water every where. But the room was very clean and made up every day
