Lovely would come again! Room was enormous and front desk were friendly.

First off, my family and I where greated with a warm welcome, a smile, and a hot coffee...She was kind, intuitive, and accommidating! So we hope to see Annisian (pregnant or not) again. Later that evening we met a 3rd shift receptionist Becky. Whos accuracy shows her knowledge of working in all different hotels through out her yrs. Becky good luck with working ur way up the ladder to owning ur own hotel. I see passion in ur eyes. U deserve it! And then the sweet breakfast host was very personable we really enjoyed conversading with her. We will bring Monkey with us next time.

I often stay in Radisson Hotels around the US and this was definitely the most disappointing experience I’ve had. The staff was barely professional and dour (other than the friendly maids). And, though the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, the decor is very drab and the entire property is quite outdated. I appreciated the fairly well-equipped fitness room, as is true at most Radisson Hotels, but there aren’t any other particularly special amenities. All that said, there aren’t a lot of hotel choices near Chelmsford, so perhaps this property survives on its location. rather than its service and offerings. If I can find another hotel next time, I will.

Best value for the money in that area. Big suite. However bed was very uncomfortable and the tub needed some major re-caulking, Pity as it could be a really wonderful place if they would put some money into refurbishing it. It's very old and tired looking.

It just a big name only, it is like an independent hotel !!

It was easy to find and the room is nice. The shower pressure is a little low and the gym could update some of their equipment (reattaching cables to machine, a few more weights would be fantastic).

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was great, no dinner though.

Rooms were great and clean. Lobby needs some work.

Property looked great on the outside but as my review stated the room was dirty.

I stay here when visiting my granddaughter,who lives
in areas,so she can utilize the pool.We were initially told
pool hours were from 8 AM to 10 pm. When we went to use pool at about 7 PM,we were told pool was closed due to staffing..Hours of pool should be posted on website if changes are to be made.

The property was great, but my stay happened to coincide with some events going on at the hotel, and they seemed understaffed.

The facility itself is nice, and the room was comfy and spacious. The staff member at check-in was very pleasant and helpful. I think the morning crew less so -- didn't get my statement under my door, no staff at reception at first. No place to get food at the hotel, which is inconvenient. But on balance, I'd be happy to stay there again.

The check in clerk was confounded by customers reserving through third party providers (expedia). It took almost 30 minutes to check in

Room was ok set up like an apartment... I am disabled and reason for booking this particular hotel is it stated restaurant and bar on site... on check in discovered it was closed for renovations!!! They should of mentioned this on their website... very disappointed

The room was large and beds were quiet comfortable. There is a grand staircase that also very pretty.

Comfortable bed & amazing staff.
We would stay here again.

It was ok. Key card didn’t always work.
Would of been nice to have a desk or table in the room to do some work on.
