It is a nice hotel from the outside but not inside
Pros:

Very dirty, the sheets for the bed were dirty , and I got bumps on my skin after sleeping there

Cons:

Wouldn’t stay more than one night. Not clean.
Pros:

The only plus was the large beds.

Cons:

The rooms were very run down and dirty. The sheets had stains, the pillow cases had stains, the couch had stains. So overall seemed dirty. Sheets on the bed didn’t seem like they were cleaned or mattress protector taken off the bed either. Toilet was hard to flush and overall just seemed like it needed better house keeping.

Great customer service, dirty, loud, hotel.

Customer service was great

Cons:

The room we were given was right next to the pool on the first floor. There seemed to be a big party with loud music happening all night. I called the front desk and they said it would quiet down soon as it was after 10. There was also people stomping and jumping in the room above us. Lastly, people were knocking on our sliding glass door trying to get in because they had the wrong room. This is when I went to the front desk and asked to change rooms. Shihas, I think his name was, was very helpful. He kindly gave us a new room far away from the noise and the people. Great customer service but that's about it.

Pros:

The room was dirty and the bathroom had a strong urine smell. The beds were very uncomfortable and the desk chair was old and dirty.
