It ruined our little trip.
Pros:

I liked that we were close to the ocean and fun things to do. The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

Cons:

The pool had too many chemicals or something and it fried my 8-year-old daughter's hair. When I told the staff member, he said he would tell the supervisor. I would have liked to talk to the supervisor, but he was on the phone at the time. What happened was not acceptable. Also, the elevator did not work more than half the time, and we were on the third floor with lots of stuff and children.

2nd floor room, King size bed, easy parking

Cons:

Even with shades closed too much light seeped into room so was a bit too light for me to sleep best

Cons:

Seemed like the room wasn’t cleaned at all by the time we checked in. Sheets, blankets and towels all had stains. We brought our own after seeing the reviews and glad we did.

Pros:

Location to beach and downtown

Cons:

My room was not the room I booked. We rented a bottom floor room that had a backyard which was clearly shown in the photos and when I got to the property he told me no that I was on 3rd floor. Wasn’t too happy about that as the backyard was the reason we picked that hotel.
