Pros:

Parking, fantastic! I woke up an hour before the coffee was even started. The guys at the counter went ahead and stared the coffee just so I can have a cup. Super sweet.

Ottimo soggiorno con idromassaggio
Pros:

Hotel in stile motel americano, si presenta molto bene nella struttura e nei servizi. È presente una piscina all'aperto e due vasche idromassaggio con acqua riscaldata coperte da un porticato. Bel deore per serate in compagnia. Ottima posizione per visitare la città anche a piedi....a due passi dal pontile di Santa Cruz

Wouldn’t stay here again. Staff not that friendly. One way in building only. Spacious room but that’s about it.

Room smelled like weed throughout stay, toilet was unstable. Booked for 2 beds and a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed. Only a rolled out twin bed.

Cons:

Room was extremely dirty. Crumbs, hair & stains on bed sheets. Little pieces of trash scattered throughout the room. Mold in shower & cracks in shower floor. Staff was not friendly at all

I want my refund!
Pros:

The ‘manager’ who checked us in was very helpful. The actual manager the next day was not very helpful. Althoughbooking.com told me he would be responsible for getting me my refund. He told me to get it from booking.com. Consequently, so far I have no refund and I’m not a happy customer.

I will never do this hotel again
Cons:

The staff in the front desk very disrespectful, and not helpful.
The hotel in the pictures is very different from real it’s not what I expected. Shower water leak in the bathroom and we have to clean it after. The bed pillows were very uncomfortable.
