Pros:

The room was pet friendly and had a small fenced in yard attached to the room

Cons:

The smell was overwhelming. They use very strong fragrance in the hallways that gave me a headache. The bed was pretty hard and the bedding was scratchy.

Wont ever stay there again
Pros:

The main manager was rude and intrusive all in our business and walked around the property as if he was watching us at all times like we were doing something wrong

Cons:

Rude staff, no exceptions when it came to early check Ins even though they had clean rooms available.

Horrible Hotel Experience
Pros:

I like that they issued me a refund because my stay was unsatisfactory.

Cons:

I didn't like that when we showed up we had a hole in our ceiling and some type of liquid had been leaking onto our bed and it was dark yellow and wet I also didn't like the fact that our lights were flickering on and off and that the bathroom door was jammed so bad that my daughter felt like she was stuck in there and it was scaring her. I also don't like the fact that they put us in a different room for the night and then tried to switch us to a smaller room that we originally checked into at 11:30 a.m. when we were on our way to the boardwalk to spend our day together as a family. Instead of remaining professional the front desk clerk ends up getting into a shouting match with us. We made the best out of our trip but we missed out on a lot of festivities and fun time at the boardwalk because of the problems with the hotel and staff.

Pros:

This property is very adorable. Core yard is so cute, especially at night with the lights on. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. The manager actually noticed that we (two girls) were being bothered by a guy and he was looking out for us. The room was very clean and big. Everything was perfect.

Really amazing overall, staff just isn’t friendly and bedding might have stains
Pros:

It was a great location, super close to the board walk! Out door space that came with the room was super nice. The little store to purchase drinks and snacks was great. The pool area was awesome, the water was clean and was a good vibe.

Cons:

The staff at the front desk weren’t friendly at all. The man who helped us was very annoyed while checking us in and out. My group and I didn’t feel welcome or comfortable at all whenever we had interactions with the staff. Also we checked our bedding and there were yellow stains all over the sheets. We had reported it and the issue was never resolved during our stay.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room had a disgusting odor from the moment I walked in. It smelled strongly of urine and was clearly not cleaned or inspected properly before being assigned to a guest.
When I went to the front desk to report the issue, I expected some level of concern or customer service. Instead, I was met with a sarcastic response and asked, "What would you like us to do?" The only solution offered was handing me an air freshener, as if that would somehow fix the problem.
A hotel room should be clean, sanitary, and comfortable. Having to deal with a urine smell throughout my stay and being treated dismissively by the front desk made for a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on both the condition of the room and the lack of professionalism from the staff.
