Great stay with the family for Santa Cruz stay.
Pros:

For our visit to Santa Cruz, the location was great. Short walk straight down to the boardwalk. Our room was good six with a balcony over-looking the pool area. The pool was fun for the kids and 2 hot tubs made it relaxing for us parents.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we really didn’t like.

Pros:

Unfortunately, there was nothing I enjoyed about this stay. The room was unsanitary, and the comforter had a dried blood stain, which raised serious cleanliness concerns.

Cons:

I disliked almost everything about this stay. There was constant, disturbing noise outside cars burning rubber and chaos throughout the night. Strong smells of weed and cigarettes seeped into the room, making it very uncomfortable. On top of that, the room was filthy and unsanitary the comforter had visible blood stains that appeared to have been there for quite some time. This was extremely unsettling and unacceptable.

This is by far the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at & will never come back or recommend to anybody!

There was so much MOLD in the bathroom! Pubic hairs were in the shower. The bottle of shampoo they provided was completely empty & no conditioner is provided at all. The floors were dirty! They charge a pet fee when they don’t want you leaving your pet in the room, not even if you want to go to the pool. The pictures they have on here are false advertisement, you will not have a yard like area for your pet.

Bad customer service, very noisy and not worth the price to stay here

It was pretty nice lounge area outside and the location was close to the boardwalk

Cons:

It wasn’t really worth what we paid the rooms need a deep cleaning the comforter had some stains seems like it needs to be replaced or washed better compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at that are spotless this one needed better cleaning of the rooms also we had some very loud guest next to us we had to complain to the hotel about it to get them to quiet down this has never happened at any other hotel we travel a lot, also we had to ask 3 different times for new towels seeing as we were staying two nights and had kids were taking a lot of baths didn’t feel like customer service was good at all also I had asked about early check in and I got a email
Saying I could call day of and be put on a early waiting list but when I called the manger said no early check in at all yet I saw him give another lady her room early so yeah I think they pick and choose who to give good customer service to definitely wouldn’t stay here again and we come to Santa Cruz very often seeing as my mom and dad are from the area.

How thin the walls were. We heard our neighbors partying, then assaulting each other. It was a horrible experience . We couldn't leave at 2am then started back at 8am with cursing and physical abuse. We heard everything.

Pros:

Very welcoming! Loved that we could walk to the boardwalk. My kids enjoyed the hot tub/pool. Highly recommend this hotel to friends/family.
