Okay but definitely could been better.
Pros:

The bed, covers and pillows.

Cons:

No body wash or shampoo in the dispensers after the room had been "checked". No bags in trashcan. The air conditioner working very well.

Comfort and accessibility was awesome.

The food offerings. The restaurant was out of most breakfast offerings and it was overpriced compared to other hotels with breakfast buffets.

Nothing. Very disappointing.

Cons:

Never stayed here before and was very disappointed. Being a Sheraton, I expected exceptional. Attempted to go in the dining room for dinner and all the tables had an inch of dust on all them. I hated to think of what the kitchen looked like! Refused to eat there!! I commented to the manager at the front desk about how filthy it was in there and she said she would take care of it, but my husband and I said we refused to eat in there!
Our room was okay except that the bathroom exhaust fan did not work, and the bath towels were like sandpaper.
We will never ever stay at this hotel chain again. There are plenty of other hotels around in the future.

Cons:

We got charged twice for the room. We made and paid our reservations through Booking.com and then the staff at the hotel took our credit card and charged us again when we checked in. We did not realize they charged us again until we got home. Web contacted the hotel a few days ago and they said they would credit us. So far mothing.
